Eaten there twice, first time excellent, only one employee but he was friendly and attentive, he also made the crepes, was quirky, hip, and cool we enjoyed ourselves very much, five stars all the way! - however, the second time must have not been one of their better days, two employees neither the same as our earlier visit, service was not great, staff not friendly engaging or attentive - felt like as customers we were a bother to them, lots of negative ju ju - I sincerely hope this was just isolated incident for this really unique and special Resturant

I really enjoyed my lunch break today. This was my first time visiting the High Point Penny Path Cafe. I ordered a red pepper crêpe. The customer service and staff were stellar. I enjoyed the relaxed and friendly environment, the music and conversation. I felt like I was hanging out with my kids. It's a clean yet casual environment. Easy to-go ordering or one can sit at the bar and watch crêpes being made on 3 griddles. There are also a few small booths. It's a tiny little cafe tucked into the huge furnishings buildings in the busy downtown area. This cafe serves no meat because it isn't large enough to handle this extra ingredient. My crêpe was delicious with large sliced mushrooms, artichokes, feta cheese, a heaping pile of spinach and other treats. I hope you don't visit so I can have this place to myself

CELIACS BEWARE! After being assured that they'd cook my gf crepe on a machine that hadn't been cooked on yet today, they cooked it on the regular surfaces. Why, you ask? Because the a-hole cook "hates that batter" as he said loudly while throwing the utensils into the sink. Thanks, buddy, but now I need to let everyone know you don't give a rat's a** about anyone who has issues with gluten. Thank God I brought back up food!!! Oh & for you lucky ones who can eat whatever... be prepared for a LONG wait. They've got one person cooking 2 crepes at a time. So if you come & there's lots of people standing around (bc there aren't many seats either), be in for a long wait. We waited 45 minutes for the other 2 with me to eat (& I didn't even get to eat mine bc of cross contamination the owner thought was NO BIG DEAL!!! Peace out- never coming back!

The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. The fruited cheesecake crepes were amazing! I think the apple ones would have been better if the apples were cooked but it was still really good!
