At 2PM I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 6PM. At 6:20PM I called to check on my order. I asked about an apology and a refund. I was told, "I'm sorry we are too busy to get to your order on time. Too bad. We'll issue a refund. Good night!" We are saying "goodbye" to Pizza Hut forever. They have screwed up too many orders to continue to do business with any longer. Not to mention being treated like I owe them an apology. Sorry, Incompetent, immature, unprofessional, management.
placed a tip on my card without authorization when I picked up my own pizza and later checked my bank account...watch your $ ..they are stealing from you..the rude manager Tammy needs to take a class on rudeness..she has no class. WARNING
I called in around 9pm to order pizza. I asked the gentleman on the phone about their specials and his response was unprofessional and rude. I then asked to speak with someone else that did not mind taking my order. He rudely stated he was the only person in the store and he had food burning in the oven", as if I was wasting his time.
