See photos, they speak for themselves. I just wanted some Friday night pizza for my kids, and as usual, I received dog food. I took a sample piece to have analyzed by the Health Department and will send info to the Chamber of Commerce and the BBB. High Point restaurants should be held accountable for this ongoing subpar food and ultimate health risk that are being dished out to the local paying public. It is disrespectful to the people keeping your businesses open!

Was delivered The incorrect order. The store does not answer the phone so I was unable to get the issue resolved properly because I kept getting connected to the Call center after calling several times. Wasted money and didn’t even get what I purchased Or a resolution.

Food is fresh. Service is terrible, particularly with a gentleman. He demanded to know if I was adding a tip when I picked up my order last time (I did not add it from the app as I was trying to decide if J was going to use cash). I reluctantly gave 15% but I really did not want to give anything. This is not the first time I’ve witnessed this guy’s attitude as he will not say hello back and had a bad interaction with a customer. I will not return.

The cashier was very rude and unprofessional!!! She chose to help the door dash customers before the take out customers. When questioned she became very defensive. Another employee overheard the exchange and apologized for her behavior. I will NEVER return to this location!!!

Garbage place never never go again this place
They don’t see what we order and they told me they will re make it I waited 40 minutes then they told they’re not making again unless I am paying for it I paid $50 with tips never go again

I just picked up my order and the cashier 10/31/24 5:08pm was super hostile and rude for no reason. He raised his voice, rolled his eyes and threw my ranch towards me. I was being patient since i know holidays can be hectic but he should not be working customer service. He was really mean and borderline abusive. I won’t come here if i see him again.

I placed the order through uber. The delivery time kept getting delayed and switched to new drivers. After 1.5 hours a driver finally called me to say that the store is saying the payment isnt processing (payment was showing pending on my card). The lovely driver put me on the phone with the lady at the store who proceeded to be raid me in a very unprofessional manner. Telling me that they are not responsible for this and i need to contact uber. In which i tried to explain to her that i understand its not the stores fault and just merely wanted to ask why they didnt contact uber to contact me. She wouldn't let me speak continuing to cut me off before i just hung up.

The manager, Quinten is a very bad person in my personal opinion. He treated me like nothing. The worst service experience I got in my entire lifetime .

Ordered delivery (they use Doordash anyway btw) thru their app and they gave the driver the wrong order, so we got someone else's food instead of ours. Called the store and were left waiting for someone to pick up for 17 minutes and never picked up so we had to drive down there and waste our gas anyway. They had our food there waiting and wasn't hot anymore by the time we got home to eat it. Didn't tell us they were out of the cinnamon buns and were prepared to give us a cookie instead without telling us first. We got no sorry or refund, so we just kept the other person's food. So instead of picking it up and using our gas, we wasted 10$ for delivery and tip, for our cold food and someone else's cold food.

No menu on display, rude female manager. I was told that most people order online. I was a walk-in customer who just wanted to view a menu before ordering. Never again!

I ordered 6pc Traditional Wings, 1 Medium hand tossed pizza with extra cheese , 1 2 liter Pepsi, Cinnamon stix, and Cheese stix. My chicken wings and my cheese stix were not in with my original order!! So very frustrating and aggravating!! I had to call door dash just to report my missing items! They redelivered my chicken Traditional Wings but did not bring my cheese stix!!! I called the store too and manager was rude!! After having my surgery and cannot drive, I am very very disappointed and probably will NOT order using door dash or Pizza Hut!!! I spent $70 some dollars, I am very Hot right now!! Neither store nor door dash driver followed instructions. Do not recommend!!! This was at the Bryan Jordan place location.
Also, door dash does NOT refund money but instead gives you credits!!! ??????

First of all when I called place my order they don't answer the phone or they are rude over the phone. Second of all like today I tried to place my order they told me they'd won't taken order over the phone, but they said they're busy. Granted but they wasn't busy at all.

Ordered breadsticks from Bryan Jordan in High Point Pizza Hut, not only was the manager rude on the phone. He was also rude in person or did not come out as expected, or as promised and breadsticks were not even cut so one solid brick of breadsticks and cold
