Manager and staff Crystal was very nice over the phone pleasant to speak with order online Pizza came completely burnt I am not happy said she will give a refined but what about the food I'm here at the hotel had to order something different and have to wait for a refund

Pizza hut count your days. First and foremost I would like to preface this by saying that I know that working on Black Friday can be a drag and I understand the stress and plight of service workers on this especially busy day. But this was my first time ordering from this pizza hut (Ordering for delivery through Uber eats) and I paid almost 60 dollars for a My Hut Box (a personal pizza and 6 boneless wings) and a Big Dinner Box (Two medium pizzas, 6 bone-in wings, and Breadsticks). Now while I could understand the price since uber eats up-charges by a lot for delivery, but what I CANNOT excuse is the absence of items and the absolute lack of quality in the items that I DID receive. The boneless wings I received in the My Hut Box, were absolutely unacceptable. If they can even be called wings at all as they clearly lacked any meat. They looked like the remains of fried breading that are left AFTER making an order of real wings. There were only 2 pieces of what could maybe be considered a boneless wing but were pitifully small anyhow. In addition to this disrespectful excuse for an order of wings, Upon receiving my items my breadsticks were not present despite being included with the Big Dinner Box. Now while this might be an Uber eats issue since I am aware of the prevalence of drivers stealing food, this is still unacceptable nonetheless if it wasn’t. I am deeply disappointed and saddened that I had to make this review, however I am not surprised. Do Better Pizza Hut.

I always come to this location I forgot to order a pepperoni pizza. And noticed I messed up when Barbara told me I could look at the pizza .She was so sweet and went above and beyond. I appreciate her for that bc that was my fault bc I made the order online .Great service here I appreciate them !!!!

Didn't want to spend nearly as much as a medium pizza to get it delivered so I did pickup. I got to the store exactly when the tracking said it was ready. The sign that has ready times said that time. Still waited 11 more mins after arriving. They could have made my order twice in that time. Ridiculous.

Went for the $2 pizza and this is what I got
Not sure why I keep giving you guys a chance. Placed an online order at 715pm. Ticket said it will be ready at 730pm. Got confirmation that it was ready!! Received an email saying it was ready! I arrived at 743pm. Was told it had two tickets in front of it and it was in the oven. Almost 15 minutes past the time I was told it was ready?!?! Out of all the pizza places in the area, you choose to give bad service?

I have been ordering from this location for a while now. Things have gone down hill. Last nights order arrived severely overcooked, like it was stuck on the conveyer or sent through multiple times. They didn’t even give the delivery driver my apartment number so he had to figure it out.
This was my give them another chance order after the last bad experience. That one involved pizza delivered to the wrong address, which was blamed on the third party delivery service. Then I was asked to go look for it when I called to complain. Eventually I got it replaced and delivered to my address but to be told to go wander around my apartment complex to look for pizza that had been sitting on the ground for 20 minutes really bothered me.
Lost a loyal customer last night guys. Won’t be back.
I went to place an order at Pizza Hut on Brian Jordan in High Point. The manager was very rude and never acknowledged me while I was standing at the counter. Is great customer service a lost cause in the work place now? I’m allergic to onions and when I asked if he touched onions on the pizza prior to making mine his response was I may have. Also if this establishment is going to continue handling customers food please wash your hands after touching other things before making someone’s pizza. The management is absolutely horrible. They need to study Chick-Fil-A playbook in customer service.

Completely incompetent workforce can’t tell the difference between 10 minutes and 30 minutes. Nobody seems to want to actually do their job to get orders out the door

Called in and got really good support from the young lady... gave me the specials, helped me narrow down my options and told me when it would be ready. I arrived and it was on time. The pizza was just as I remembered...give them a try.

See photos, they speak for themselves. I just wanted some Friday night pizza for my kids, and as usual, I received dog food. I took a sample piece to have analyzed by the Health Department and will send info to the Chamber of Commerce and the BBB. High Point restaurants should be held accountable for this ongoing subpar food and ultimate health risk that are being dished out to the local paying public. It is disrespectful to the people keeping your businesses open!
