Placed an order. The manager Nikki is very rude! How is she even a manager. So i skipped over the rudeness. Went to pick up my pizza! I watched her sit ourside the store smoke a cigarette, walked back in n Pizza Hut didn’t wash her hands or anything. Went to touching food, pizza boxes and continued to talk on speaker phone while servicing customer. Hospitality is the number one goal for any restaurant. Got home! Pizza broke off like someone bit into it. Called to speak to a manager of course it’s the unprofessional, no type of business or good appearance about herself answers the phone. Very rude! I will just call and speak to the GM tomorrow or call corporate because this is unsanitary and very unprofessional

I have ordered here multiple times and have had horrible experiences with receiving my food. As of 2/4/2024 around 5:00pm, I spoke with the manager about receiving my food after waiting for one pizza for two hours and she was extremely rude and hung up the phone without speaking with me. I will not be placing an order here giving that this is about the fourth time this year I have had horrible experiences whether it's with the food or delivering the food.

Nikki the Manager was rude when I checked my order before leaving and expressed that it was done wrong. Waited another 15 for my order to be redone. Go back into pick up the pizza only to find that they messed up the order AGAIN. I wanted half Hawaiian, Half Pepperoni & Sausage. The APP doesn’t allow that much room to be typed. The only thing Nikki could tell me was next time to call to do my order. Her customer service and understanding of now having to wait a total of 45 minutes for my dinner was lacking tremendously. She was not going to offer a full refund until I asked for one which I believe is poor customer service to begin with. The delivery driver heard the interaction and apologized for her behavior and felt bad for me because she is like this all the time to customers. I’m not impressed whatsoever! I will not recommend this location to anyone

Whatever you do don't pay cash for delivery. I ordered directly online at Pizza Hut website and used my rewards points for free food. It took them over an hour to deliver saying they had no delivery drivers and claimed they tried to contact me. I never received any calls or emails and the pizza hut app kept showing my pizza is "on the way." They had a DoorDash delivery driver deliver my food finally and gave him the wrong amount as they did not discount my free food for using my reward points. I argued with the DoorDash man and told him I was not paying more that he had to get the difference from Pizza Hut. He kept going on to say that its DoorDash policy to collect all the cash. I mentioned four times I never ordered from DoorDash and again its Pizza Huts fault and they should make up the difference. NOT to mention it took over an hour for my food to arrive and I gave up on them and already put something to eat in the oven. Needless to say I won't ever be using Pizza Hut again. It's a shame because I really liked their pasta dishes and nobody else has it to order.

They are slower than snails and no one... And I mean no one in there does NOT want to help customers at the front desk.The front stays empty for very long periods of time, and you have to wave staff down or the staff will sit on phone with an ignorant customer calling and asking 50 million questions instead of looking at menus online and deciding what they want and then call.Verrry long waits just to pick up an order that was placed 20-30min ago, and you get there, and they always have you waiting another 10-20min. It's ridiculous, and I have walked out so many times due to this, and I only go here once in a while to deliver food for doordash. I will avoid Pizza Hut cuz they slow, and after a month I am hoping they've changed and come back, and it's still slow with bad service..I would advise people to stop ordering here since customer service is pretty much none existent.If you are a DoorDash driver, avoid at all cost cuz they leave you waiting and you lose tons of money waiting and they do not care and/or do not understand that drivers are not paid when they wait for 10-20 min on them hiding in the back or sitting on the phone.The best advice is to just avoid ordering here since they do not understand that good customer service is what keeps a company in business. The pizza is not all that to be waiting around extra unnecessary long times for turtle moving staff and service. They need to go watch the staff over at Papa John's, they are not perfect but there is always someone in there who steps to the front to help any customer who walks through that door and they understand why doordash drivers must get their order in under 5min when they arrive.And Pizza Hut don't give that excuse about being understaffed. You have 4+people in the back standing around every time I have been there. There is no excuse for front to be empty for long periods of time and long waits for customer service. It's very uncomfortable watching customers getting upset because yah have them waiting in front so long, get it together.

I ordered 2 pizza's, Wings, breadsticks, Cinnabon's and sauces for delivery the original order was $133+, what I received was 12 wings that were so-so. I was charged $45.97 for 12 wings, and when I contacted the (dare I say restaurant) after giving the ticket number and Phone number, I was asked if I had ordered it under another phone number, and given the customer support phone number. I would like to add a side note I don't think this was a fault of the facility, but a glitch of the website because the entire order was deleted from my account.

I ordered curbside service and waited a half an hour, but no one came to my car. I went inside, and it turns out that it was sitting in the warmer the whole time. I won't ever go back to that Pizza Hut express ever again!!!!!

This place is a rip off. Spent over $30 and then asked for a ranch and made me use my card to get one, and that’s with wings every other restaurant gives you ranch with wings and every other pizza hut i’ve ever been to give you ranch for free

Order arrived cold and missing items that I paid for. When I called I was told they couldn't do anything since doordash delivered it. When I told the woman on the phone that I placed the order through the Pizza Hut website, she refused to offer any sort of solution and told me they weren't able to do anything and that I had paid doordash, then promptly hung the phone up after saying that. I called doordash and they had to call pizza hut corporate and transfer me to that representative. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. Such an absurd customer service experience. They will not be getting any more of my business.
