I have been a customer of this location for years now. Today that changed. I Was just hung up on by a young lady that answered the phone.. I was not rude to her at all. I only corrected her on misinformation that she gave me. Called back and spoke the manager Vince. He was very polite and apologized. What people need to remind themselves is that you may see me as just one customer but that one customer you mistreated can can a multi customer impact from word of mouth. I can say as business owner myself. Thats Never good.I will not order again.

The prices are different online than they are when you order at the store, so be careful of that. Even if you order online they will charge you more at the store, I almost didn’t catch it. Told the girl in the window and she didn’t really care. My calzone was cold and raw in the middle, when we called to tell the this, they told us we needed to specify that we wanted the mushrooms and onions cooked, because they bake the calzone, then put in the veggies and close it. This makes no sense. Not to mention the fact that the cheese wasn’t melted and the dough was raw in certain parts. Save your money and stomach, don’t go here. I can now see why this place gets barely any business.

Delivery pizza better than the others around. Highpoint doesn’t have a great selection of pizza. This is the best for a hand tossed pizza. They have all of the fixings of a New York pizza shop. They usually deliver in less than 45 min.

My husband got the lasagna and I got the chicken and mozzarella Stromboli. They were both very delicious! We will definitely be returning!

Tonight (9/24/24) was our first and last time ever visiting Pizza Vino. Our daughter’s school had a fundraiser going on so we decided to give them a try.
On arrival the waitress was friendly and took our order like any ordinary restaurant would. I recieved my side salad about 10 minutes later and we waited for our 2 pizzas. 50 minutes later still no pizzas. Another waitress came up and asked if we got our check yet. I said no we haven’t even been served dinner. She apologized, verified what we ordered and went back to the kitchen. About 15 minutes later the pizza came out. It was nothing special and the meat lovers honestly grossed me out.
She told me we would get a discount because of the wait. I boxed everything up and went to the counter to pay. I told the waitress we were supposed to get a discount for the wait. She updated the receipt and took off $1. I will never visit this establishment again. It was a night wasted sitting waiting to eat for over an hour and the food was a disappointment too.
I over heard another table had a complaint and she told them they would get 20% off their ticket. That sounds better than my $1.
After the business replied I’ll edit to add
Customers who arrived long after us were eating while we sat unacknowledged. Busy or not it was unprofessional. There were 7-8 full tables.
We got
13.99 XL 1 topping special
23.99 meat lovers
3.29 side salad
Total is 41.27 before tax.
I paid $42 or $43 with tax.
Not sure where the discount is? The special xl is a continuous special. There was absolutely no discount for the trouble they caused but thanks for the reply!
We will stick to Sir Pizza next door!

The staff were so sweet and the food was amazing. We got the lunch lasagna and the eggplant Parmesan with fries and garlic knots. The food was also priced extremely well for the quantity provided.

I called to confirm if they serve halal and they said they do. Everything chicken is Halal. We immediately went in and tried their wings. The wings were cooked good but there was old oil taste to them though. The mango habanero sauce was delicious.Customer service was great. The guy at the counter was answered all my questions.I will be going to try more items in the future.

Great Staff, Pizza made quickly and brought out hot. Order the Vino Special. Crust browned nicely, not burned. Reasonable quantity of toppings and cheese. Pizza sits on the inside of cardboard box. Not on wax paper or a lining. Pieces a little limp because they use a lot of oil. So much that it soaks through outside of the box. Didn’t detect any basil, oregano or parsley. Nice that the box fit in mini hotel refrigerator. All-in-All a Good Pizza.
