Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This place was good, I don’t know what they’ve done but the service my past 3 times coming spending $30-$50 to being treated poorly, from not having customer service etiquette blaming it on having another customer at the drive thru mic to lying saying we didn’t get drinks when I did and when she brought me my drink it was wrong as they were out of my drink didn’t even consider maybe I should go back and ask what else would be okay in its place, now we got a whole $30 order being messed up ordered two chicken sandwiches plain, I was informed of them being out of chicken fillets which I was willing to let go as I agreed to either two chicken sandwiches with strips in place OR bbq boneless, got the chicken sandwiches with mayonnaise for some reason and I only realized after I got home and they were already closed, so I spent $30 to eat a large fry two small Mac n cheeses (which were dried out) and a large mash potatoes and gravy me. Which they never even asked which sides would be okay in replacement of not having the Apple pies that we ordered. So I didn’t get 2 chicken sandwich’s, 2 apple pies, a 24 piece boneless chicken during my last visit. It has been absolutely ridiculous. I will not be going back to this location again. I will drive the extra 30 minutes to go to a different Popeyes then come back here again. We’ve spent a lot of money at this location as you can see in my screenshot, it’s a shame. We loved going here getting extra food so we can take it to work the next day. Now I gotta go out of my way to get Popeyes.

I got a total different order from what I chose to order, instead of chicken sandwiches I got chicken pieces My side were supposed to be large and they were regular. This is an extreme disappointment and I will make sure to tell everyone I know because this is unfair when I paid my money to get what I was supposed to and didn't

Never got to place our order, then told our coupon was no good, then made us go back thru drive thru REALLY???!!! IF ZERO WERE A # IT WOULD BE -00000!!!

One of their drive thru screens was out. Lady messed something up and only ran my card for $1 and I had to use a second card for the remaining of the transaction. Food was good though strawberry lemonade was amazing!

Ordered door dash at 9:00 pm did not get our food at all 2 door dashers went up there to get our food and we could hear on the phone them being rude to both dashers and saying our food isn’t ready 3rd dasher goes there at 10:30 to try to collect food still not ready and they wouldn’t make it no longer saying they where closed and was still being rude to the dasher as well we could hear them through the phone speaking to the dasher and we didn’t even get a full refund no food and not all our money back we only got 34.96 when we spent 46.47

The treatment of the employees is horrible, on Saturday 10/05/2024 at 10:30 the employee who was there treated me very badly, she yelled at me, do not visit this place

Robbery! Female said refunded money! Yet I paid I. Cash no money returned! 9:15 10/4/24! Never going back! Disgusting, disgraceful service! Theft pure and simple! Trash running the place! Manager is incompetent!

We LOVE Popeyes. The chicken is consistently perfectly cooked and fresh. The skin??? Oh my goodness.

I asked (and paid) for 6 Mardi Gras sauces and received none. I saw sauces in the bag when checking and assumed they were what I asked for since they didn't ask about dipping sauces for the 5 piece chicken tenders meal. It turned out to be 2 blackend ranch sauces, I'm guessing for the tenders. We don't even like ranch, and it would have been nice to be asked what kind of sauce we would like if they were just going to assume and put anything in there for the tenders. $50 worth of food, and we didn't get the experience we were craving.
