Horrible experience just trying to get an interview as scheduled. I’m sitting here almost an hour just for somebody to come talk to me for five minutes or less and all the managers here walking around on the phone
Other one cleaning up, walking around doing nothing and the other one in the back yeah I don’t got patience for this kind of Organization the lady upfront was nice though

Got the worst piece of chicken and didn’t even receive what I ordered got attitude from the workers because it was 10 pm. Do not recommend this place at all

Finally had the opportunity to visit yesterday and my food was terrible. I ordered the 6 wing combo and my husband ordered the 2 piece meal. I was given 4 drumettes and 2 flats. Unpleasantly surprised!!!!!! I was looking for wings like Bojangles. The menu said 6 WING MEAL. I called the store and was disconnected. I called back and a man answered the phone and was a little rude. He kept saying how may I help you. I said I just want you to tell the lady I was speaking with I didn’t hang up on her. He didn’t ask how my experience was nor did he care.

Went to Popeyes today and got chicken and sweet tea. Service was superb and professional. That sweet tea is the bomb and the young lady that made it is Ms Kyri , she knows tea.

Worse Popeyes ever, super slow service, they take more than a hour for an order, They serve you as if you were asking for free food. They all seem angry and take it out on the customers. This Popeyes don’t even deserve a star. Everyone should be fired in this location, they give the worse service, and hired new people that really want to work,

I love Popeyes on North Main St in High Point I eat here at least once a week . They employees are friendly and the management assures I get hot fresh chicken Kyri is excellent

never have left a review but for this place? watch out. i have had more negative experiences with this location than good. getting my order wrong? wrapping the wraps
horrendously to the point i cant eat it as a wrap, giving me multiple small things instead of large? and today was my last straw when i got a wrap small as my damn hand. whoever is managing this place needs to train the employees right because my playstation controller shouldnt be as big as my WRAP. ive gotten wraps before and i know its not supposed to be this small. im done with this location.

We came in and ordered our food, no one was in this location except for one other couple who already had their food and were eating. 15 minutes later people started walking in, we still had not received our order. Then everyone who came in AFTER us got their food somehow, yet we were still waiting. 30 minutes later we STILL did not get our meal. The employees did not call for our order. We had to go up and inquire about it, the employees still seemed lost.

RAW CHICKEN!!! 🤢 I thought they looked undercooked, very pale, I ate one and continued driving (from WV to Myrtle Beach) we made a pit stop here for a bite to eat, never had popeyes before, and as my first experience here- I never will again. We are both sick to our stomachs, and since we drove thru and were going about the rest of our trip, we didn't notice soon enough to go in and ask for a refund
