I forgot to ask for my 10% senior citizen discount until after I paid for my order. When I asked for it, the woman said she couldn't give me discount because the order was 'cashed out.' I asked for the manager and she told me the same thing. Then she told me it wasn't that much anyway.The $2 discount didn't mean much to her, but it means a lot to a senior citizen like myself who is on a fixed income. It was intentional fraud and discrimination. Shame on Popeyes for cheating a little old lady out of money. The employees at the High Point, NC location are prejudiced against the elderly.

People who ordered after me were getting their orders. When I asked about my order, she said they were having trouble with the order printer and it sometimes doesn't print out every order. She promptly printed my order there at cash register and handed it back into the kitchen area and made sure my order was filled. But I was there 15-20 minutes! Then I get to where I was eating in a park picnic area and my side order of coleslaw was probably more than half empty ... (less than half full) I already paid @$10 for three small pieces of chicken and biscuit and they shorted me on my vegetables! Getting hard to justify this place ... heck, any fast food place!

The food is good sometimes. Many times the oil they use is old and you can taste it. Other times they're out of sauces or other items. The staff weren't very friendly or professional on numerous occasions. The last time we went, my husband and I were basically choking on Marijuana smoke from a group of employees that were outside smoking while we waited (for a while) at the order speaker to order.

For the second time in a row, I ordered takeout from the app. I was given a time to pick it up, and they didn't even start it before the pick up time! Also you can smell the weed coming from one of their employees!

Came through the drive through at 5:58pm. I ordered a fish sandwich and some honey BBQ wings. I received them around 6:21pm. I respectfully went in and asked for a manager. She came out and was very insistent that she had told me there would be a 15 minute wait on ghost pepper wings. I am certain she did not but I didn't feel like arguing with her on the matter. Also I didn't order them ghost pepper. I'm not sure if they only serve ghost pepper and just sauce those up or what. Maybe that part is my misunderstanding. Not looking to make trouble I work a service job as well. I just don't think I can trust this manager with my food and frankly it's just not safe to eat food cooked by someone you can't trust.
After trying to get a good meal from here several times and not once getting one I've come to realize this is just another dead end place in high point must have hired staff from cookout

I am delighted to share that a Popeyes establishment has recently opened in High Point, obviating the necessity to commute to Greensboro. The service at this location surpasses that of others. While the food quality was initially subpar upon their opening, my recent visit has demonstrated a significant improvement, aligning it with the standards set by other Popeyes locations.

Went through drive through ordered two piece white meat meal with Cajun fries and unsweetened tea I am diabetic and asked for some sweet and low and or Splenda I was advised we don’t carry that all we have is real sugar packs. Then I asked, what do you do for people with diabetics I was told if I needed sweetener I need to carry it with me now back to the food. The food I ordered was not that great. The cajun fries were just nasty, the chicken was nasty after eating the food I felt nauseated don’t think I’ll go back again when you got a two piece meal and it cost you $12 it’s overpriced and not worth it
