Walked up to their counter and it took a few minutes before one of the only 2 people behind the counter chose to acknowledge my existence.
The kid took my order while listening to his earbuds and had zero ability to communicate.
I ordered 6 donuts- which I found out are the size of a quarter and cost more than a 6 pack of donuts from ANYWHERE else.
Took the 2 people working there almost 10 minutes to get 6 TEENY TINY donuts ready. Ridiculous.
Let me also add, we were their ONLY customers- so not as if there were other orders…nope. Just us.

There is a bit of a wait being as each order is made fresh but so worth it!! We had strawberry shortcake, apple pie, banana pudding, lemon blueberry, pecan pie and cinnamon toast crunch. All were delicious but highly recommend the apple pie!! I could have eaten a dozen.

Taking 30 + minutes for one order of 6 donuts. An order that should've only taken 5-10 minutes. The person doing the donuts was working at snails pace while is coworker is doing circle around him filling 6 order in the time it took him to fill 1. Understaffed on a holiday. It would've been dine in but it took so long and my mother was getting sick there. If someone could also let the person in overall charge of the building know my mom got sick waiting for the donuts and when she went to rinse her mouth the the restroom sink she said the water smelled like sewer

Absolutely do NOT go after a rockers game.. we went and while the staff was nice enough the orders are made to order.. made to order so much they mix the dough, fry the doughnuts, and the top them, which sounds great until you come in with a crowd after a game. We sat 45 mins for 6 'OK' donuts and the donuts are the size of a 50 cent piece or so so certainly not filling. Can't say we'd be back based on this experience or suggest it to any of our friends. Next time we're in the area craving a donut we'll travel 5 minutes to Krispy Kreme whose speed and efficiency are appreciated.

Antisocial customer service, almost like they don’t want you to buy anything. Ordered a doughnut milkshake and got a milkshake without any doughnut.
The doughnuts were good, they were a bit overpriced. The lady who took our order obviously did not want to be there. She talked too quietly and when I asked her to repeat a question she replied with attitude. There were lots of side eyes with her. I watched her as she took the next persons order and she was literally shaking her head at the customer the entire time and rolling her eyes. She also kept glaring me while I was trying to enjoy my donuts. I guess she doesn't like when people ask to repeat a question. I won't be going again because of that.

OMG this spot is MUST try!!! Every item I tried was delicious, I didn’t feel overwhelmed after eating them like I do when I eat doughnuts hence why I’m not a doughnut person but this place made me change my mind about that! Don’t hesitate, just try this spot! The owner is also sweet which is a huge plus ?.
