NEVER COMING BACK! Not sure what happened to the young lady who used to run the front but she was much more helpful and professional. My burger was RAW when I specifically stated well done and no one was willing to help or understand

Good burgers, but cold undercooked fries. Service is fair, but could be improved. A "Thank you" for eating there would be nice. Staff are unfriendly. Menu needs something else besides burgers. The location on W. Market St., (now closed), had a great varied menu. Please add more menu choices.

Parking: Great location beside Palladium Theatre's to grab a bite before or after a movie!

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, but tight quarters inside.

I have been a regular customer getting the ring of fire veggie burger. I ordered it tonight through door dash and it was bigger than normal and not fully cooked. Also the salad wasn't as good as it usually is. Upsetting because this has always been one of my favorite veggie burgers.

Very yummy but wayy to over priced!! Like unreal, we got money to blow on food too. Tea was the best part. Burger was good, could have used more bacon than 1,strip .

My wife and I just sat and waited 45 minutes for $50 of take-out only to find out it's been getting cold and soggy in a bag they forgot about. The staff couldn't have cared any less. Never again....

Update: We ended up throwing the burgers away as they were room temp and probably no longer safe to eat. Avocado was brown egg was cold and runny, cheese no longer melted. Simply disgusting.

Love the burgers here!! Their burgers and sides are delicious! Staff is always really nice. Their seating area outside is nice when the weathers good!

I'm not sure what happened with the kitchen but the wait time was extensive and our burgers were not cooked correctly nor made correctly. Normally this place is amazing hoping it was just an off night.

I was in the mood for a messy, big, mouth watering burger & I got just that! I chose the Trucker's burger & loved it! How it was cooked along with the toppings all together made an explosion of great flavor ? Definitely worth the Food-Baby afterwards! Oh, don't forget to try the sweet potato fries, they're VERY tasty too!

wow they have gone downhill. don’t order doordash or delivery from here. they don’t do orders as they get them so you will be waiting all night. door dashers get paid by the de so they won’t wait that long and your food will be cold when you get it. last time I ordered food was terrible.

I was visiting family for the weekend. We were given an evil look by a young female sweeping the floor as we walked in instead of being greeted properly. We thought it was because they were closing. It was 8:30 when we arrived (they close at 9). The cashier was also making faces as well. I'm not sure if it's because they were young, but it made me not want to ever come back.
