Been eating here for a few years. Used to be my favorite burger joint. Has really gone down hill the last few months though. Overcooked burgers and buns the last 4 times in a row. I noticed the buns of the tables around me looked overcooked also. They also changed the salads. Used to be more mixed greens, now it's mainly iceberg lettuce. Very disappointed. Not worth the price anymore. If I'm going to get a subpar burger, might as well go to Burger King across the street and save a few dollars.

I usually eat at porterhouse, but I ordered takeout and was immensely disappointed to find a hair in my food, it diminished my usual appetite for porterhouse’s burgers. i called to let the restaurant know that there was a hair in my food TWICE and nobody picked up. extremely disappointed.

I decided on the fried chicken sandwich and it was 65% breading and 35% chicken. The fries were good. It was 95% self-service and two of us ate for $38 (includes tip). Not worth it. I expected more for that amount of money.

Burgers are amazing but twice now I ordered online and they don't start my food until I get there. What's the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait when I get there. The food is great and the workers are friendly but having to wait for something you order almost a hour beforehand is inconvenient.

It was nice when I enter into the door and it was very spacious and relaxing and the people were very friendly and courteous to me and my family and the food was delicious hands down and satisfying! My first time visit was very nice and calming! I love eating over there!

Very unprofessional, almost a hour wait for take out , online shows 25-35 min wait, I was told by the staff it would be a hour wait.. absolutely horrible service.. from the picture you can see the online orders are more important then the walk in service.. the lady with the pink hair was working so hard to make sure orders were fulfilled.. the staff is horrible.. Not a friendly personality at all… The service and staff on west market was very nice and friendly .. If the staff would work as a team, it will help with the stress of online orders. The lady with the pink hair is the true meaning of exceptional customer service!!! The kitchen also deserves a pat on the back for great service… but not to greet or even welcome your customers into your establishment is terrible!!! I sat inside of the restaurant waiting posting my review and was told this is a harassments on the staff for speaking on my experience, I have not disrespected anyone I’m only speaking on my experiences at the samet location, I hope the general manager contacts me directly about my experience.. I always give reviews!!! Then i was asked to leave because i posted a picture of his staff having a conversation instead of helping..the interaction was recorded and i plan on filing a discrimination complaint.. I will post the video. People record everyday and take pictures there are pictures on google of people … I will file a complaint against this location for discrimination and my freedom of speech !
