Rice Paper Vietnamese Cuisine

It’s quite difficult to find vegan Vietnamese in other areas of the world so imagine my surprise to find it right in my hometown! I got the salad rolls, mango and sticky rice, and vegetarian crepe (which might be purely vegetarian since I’m not sure what is in the crepe batter). Salad rolls are good and a nice portion size. The crepe batter could use more salt but if you’re interested in trying something a little different, I’d recommend it. The mango was good but the sticky rice was probably a day old and it was quite noticeable. Overall, I recommend going here!

I was on a Tuesday at 12:30 pm and I was the only customer in the restaurant. The service is very slow and the waitress was playing with his cell phone the entire time waited 5 to 8 minutes before I get a menu…. Another 10 to order the food, they don’t really care about service here.
Food was ok a little bit better than average.
Place is clean but has a strong smell of incense…. Kind of annoying.

The food was ok, but the boba is TERRIBLE —definitely avoid it. The staff is inattentive and fails to fulfill orders correctly.

What a wild ride...
Ambience was good. Could smell the incense and there were key elements of "ah, this really is asian owned"
The service wasn't amazing as the waiter was unattentive and couldn't speak any English. ^^;;;;

We felt very welcomed and well taken care of by our servers. The food was excellent. The place is older but clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor seating on a beautiful day. Visiting our granddaughter in WS and taking her to lunch, we were glad to find a place open on Monday late afternoon.

The food was great but not a soul in the place. Seemed like the drive thru was hopping, though. My server didn't speak English, which is ok but does kind of limit interactions. All in all, it's a pretty good spot.

Smelled so bad I couldn't sit down and eat so I ordered takeout and this is the worst food I have ever had in takeout the mango sticky rice had Green Mango that was hard and crunchy.

STAY AWAY! Horrible experience!! Lazy Staff. I wanted to support this business but the management is beyond poor. Came in, no one greeted us, the cashier was watching videos on his phone (headphones on). He was unable to communicate and answer menu questions due to his language barrier (mind you I am also an immigrant/ ESL) so I used google to help him translate. I placed an order (just a sandwich and spring rolls) at 2:40pm and by 3:08… nothing. No one was on the front so I had to knock on the kitchen door, I politely asked and translated on my phone that I would like a refund. The cashier kept acting like he couldn’t read either and quickly ran to the kitchen to make the rolls. There was another lady that could also not speak English watching videos on her phone. The cashier started calling another staff named ALEX who assured me the food would be ready, however after almost 30 minutes is when the cashier /cook started to make it so I continued to ask for a refund, I got refunded but it was a HUGE waste of time!
