Excellent food but I couldn't wait to get out of the restaurant as every time someone opened the door a rush of very cold air blasted me, sitting at the bar. I was told (perhaps as a single) I couldn't sit at a table without a reservation. All understood. Perhaps a screen at the door would help? Service was good and staff were helpful and pleasant.

The food is still okay, but it has definitely gone downhill over the past year or so. I suspect that they might be cooking food ahead of time and refrigerating, then heating up when ordered by patrons. This has happened to me and my wife twice. The chicken 65 here used to be crispy and yet the past two times I have gotten it from here the texture is almost like it was partially heated up somehow (I can't tell exactly how, but I know how cooked chicken is after being microwaved for example, and this is very similar in texture). The wait staff is also a mixed bag. Even when they're not that busy it takes way too long for them to check on you and even bring you the check. The restaurant itself is nice inside and very clean. Prices, just like everywhere, have gone up at this place as well.

This place is outstanding in every way. The inside is gorgeous and not over the top with decorations. Very classy but not snooty. Staff is always helpful and fast. The food is amazing and portions are huge. Our go to is always their butter chicken and Chicken 65 and their huge delicious Naan. This place has become our comfort food haven. Take out or eat in, this place never fails us.

Stopped in here for the first time as part of a team lunch at work, and boy this did not disappoint! I love Indian food, but don't get the opportunity to go often. This place is very clean and modern on the inside, very bright, with very attentive staff. They have a very large menu with offerings from neighboring countries like Pakistan as well. They offer both traditional lunch special and vegetarian lunch special , and at first glance you may be in sticker shock by the prices on the lunch menu, but it will all be better when you see the portion sizes! With the lunch special you're able to get an appetizer, which seemed to be like a sweet and sour chicken portion, a side salad, then you can pick two different sauces, I opted for both to be buttered chicken, then a generous serving of rice, a delicious garlic Nan, and a dessert, which seemed like a sugary donut type concoction ( a bit to sweet for me). But the image on the menu compared to the enormous platter they bring out is a little misleading. It was so much food, could easily feed 2 if not more. It was all fantastic and delicious. I'll definitely be going back for another visit next time I'm craving Indian!

Very good food! Indian and Pakistani food menu, and MANY choices. We've only done the Indian food, but it was very good....best we've had here in a long time!

Upon touching down in Greensboro, this was my initial stop. Yelp is where all the cool kids and trustworthy reviewers hang out, so that's where I found it. To save time because I was ravenous, I looked over the menu online before I came. Although the restaurant was half-full, the parking lot was nearly deserted. I arrived without the requirement for a reservation and was promptly seated. The staff was so kind and checked in with me constantly; the service was superb. The food came lightning fast. For my appetizer, I get a bowl of chana masala and a plate of veggie samosas for $26+. A side of white rice is served with the chana. You can feed two people with these possibilities. Without the sauce, the samosa was just boring to me, thus I wasn't a fan. In contrast, the Chana was functioning at a higher level. My three favorite chanas of all time. Fantastic evening, even when things aren't flashy. definitely worth a try! recommend the Chana Masala for your dinner.

We never got any food. We were sat and not asked what we wanted to drink or eat for over 12 minutes. We were starving so we left. No one asked us why we were leaving possibly because another unsatisfied customer who had been waiting longer than us had also not even had a drink order taken and was telling the hostess stand all about it. No, they didn’t seem busy.

I love Salt & Pepper so much. I could truly eat Indian food every single day. My favorite is the thali, so I can get a taste of lots of items, especially since the days of Indian buffets seem to be a thing of the pre-covid past. The naan bread here is superb as well, the best I've had, and that's saying something as we are frequently in England and of course the Indian food there is divine.

We ate dinner here on Valentine's Day and both of us left saying we'd want to go back. We haven't been to many local Indian restaurants but really glad we found Salt & Pepper.

Excellent food and service. My wife and I went for lunch and we felt underdressed for such an elegant place.

S&P is always a nice place to eat. The food and service are exceptional. I had the Navratan Korma. It like most dishes is served with rice. A nice option would be substituting rice for naan. I ordered it spicy and it was delicious.
