It's interesting that they have four different ways to refill your drinks and deliver your orders, but they seem to be the slowest dine-in sushi I've ever been to. Great food, interesting concept, but horribly implemented with the hiring of bad staff. They're very inattentive.

Made me miss Japan so much. The food was amazing, the entire restaurant had odes to Shinjuku and Japan in there. A robot server, a train that carried personal orders, and you can grab whatever you want off the conveyor belt. And that Terriyaki steak was phenomenal! Also, best TV inside ever.

Went for lunch to celebrate a friend's birthday. The food is good and the place is really cute. We didn't have to wait for a table and the ordered food came out promptly. Our server, Poomi, was amazing. Very attentive, kind, and personable. Highly recommend!

The vibe is Japanese diner with all the fun action of the sushi train. The sushi is fresh and very tasty. Lots to choose from and an a la carte menu that is exceptional. Family friendly is the plus.

If you like good sushi, this is not the place for you. We are avid sushi eaters and ended up hating all of the food and having to go to Chick-fil-A after. I highly recommend going to some of the other phenomenal sushi locations in the area instead of eating here.

The sushi has a weird flavor, is warm, and is smothered in flavorless sauce.

Update: STILL SO AMAZING!! Service and food were great just like last time. Everything was super tasty. Shinjuku Station is my go-to recommendation for everyone who loves this type of food

Came in for dinner, and this place is fantastic! The conveyor belt was thoroughly stocked with a lot of variety, and everything tasted fresh and tasty. Food from the tablet came out super fast, and service and atmosphere were amazing as well. I can’t wait to be back and highly recommend this place!

Update: If you buy a tea from the competitor you cannot bring it in to finish with your food. For clarity, I was bringing in food or a meal from another establishment, just a tea. This is beyond petty and ridiculous.

Food is amazing and the atmosphere is super fun! Priscilla, our server was wonderful and super attentive. We will be back.

The food was just ok, especially for the price. The entrees were too salty. Some items only came by once. Gratuity added for 5 or more people. Charges apply for food not eaten. It's just too much for a mediocre restaurant. It's a one and done for me
