Wow!! I’ve been frequenting this place since I got a job in 2012. Always had good service and good pizza .Unfortunately this has changed went on today 2/7/25 and ordered and large meat trio with extra cheese.. will I get the pizza home and it looks like a cheap Little Caesars pizza with the toppings A little on about half of the pizza and cheese all over. For 30$ dollars I could’ve bought 3 dominos pizzas for what I got and had more food. This squares were odd shaped and not cut correctly either. I don’t know if your trying to skimp customers to save money or someone is new making pizzas there.. but I think you’ve lost my business.In this economy people need to feel like they are getting their moneys worth and this crap clearly isn’t. So buyer beware check your pizza before leaving this location.

My family of 5 came here, dined in for pizza and wings. The next day we all had food poisoning except my husband. My 2 year old threw up all day. My daughter’s birthday was ruined which made it worse. First and last time eating here

Guess I now know why the cashier asked the pizza boy if they fixed my pizza. Got a pizza to go and the cuts were way off. Almost like the topping came off the pizza after they cut it and they somehow threw the toppings back on. Repeatedly bad experiences here. North main Sir Pizza only for us.

Idk who the hell is running the Sir pizza on S main st, but me and and my boyfriend sat down and had our drinks and ONE pizza ordered by 8:25pm when closing isn’t until 9pm and when the girl goes in the back to tell the cook I can hear him from the dining room sling something and start yelling he’s done fired off the grill and “sick of people coming in 30 min til closing every f**king night” they had already packed up the salad bar at 8:20 as well. It was a simple pepperoni and sausage pizza. We got up and left but I am floored at the fact we can hear you cussing and ranting from in the kitchen. I could understand if it was 5/10 min to closing but this was over 30 minutes and for one pizza…🤦🏼♀️

I order a pizza to be delivered it took well over an hour you get to me and not only was it not hot it wasn’t even lukewarm it was cold and all frozen together ….i out of hunger ate 2 pieces without throwing it into my air fryer …..was not good at all was stale and rubbery !!! I did without supper this night being elderly and in a fixed bedtime so they said “have the one we gave you at the door and will will replace it with a hot one” and in my little corner of Archdale I’m thinking okay you ruin my supper I’m going to go to bed tonight hungry because of your poor service but your policy is you have to have this cold pizza back in order to make me another one knowing good and well you are just going to put it in the trash can ( and she actually told me that ) !!! You know at this point that can have the cold one and the hot one if I actually get another one …..but this PIZZA HUT is nasty and rude do not go here !!!!!!

Great pizza and the servers take good care of you. Expect to hear arguing and complaining back in the kitchen when you walk in or leave, but that's just what they do. The bathrooms are really run down. However, the excellent pizza and down home service makes up for it. We do recommend.

I go here 2-3 times per week!! I absolutely LOVE their food!! I’ve NEVER had them get my order wrong, mix something up, leave something off, or cook something the wrong way… it’s GREAT service & EXCELLENT food every single time I go!!

I ordered 2 Large 2 topping pizzas I get home there were barely any toppings which I have never had that issue with them, I called back they were kind enough to replace them once I brought back the first 2, I get home again the pizzas were the same outside or the edges of the pizzas were bare just a little pizza sauce I was told they had a new cook but for 50.00 it should have been covered with toppings, I hope this is not the new norm for them or I will not be back.
