Pizza is pretty good. The restaurant could be much cleaner. They seemed short staffed both times I went. Just had lunch there - ordered a large pizza - half pepperoni / half cheese. Took over an hour to get our pizza (there were only 3 other tables when we ordered) found out due to an error in their computer system they didn’t get our order placed. IMO they should have offered a discount then. When I got up front to pay, I asked for one. I was in the middle of explaining she cut me off and said don’t worry I’ll discount your food- (she was annoyed I asked and had just been fussing about customers trying to use the door with the sign saying it was broken) not once saying sorry it took an hour and a half to dine there. She took about $3 off…it ended up still being about $30 with 2 drinks. I’m glad my toddler and baby didn’t throw fits or get too restless. Waitress was not rude or anything and it got busy when we were there (way after we ordered) - they need to sharpen up on their customer service skills and make you feel more welcome if they want to continue being successful.

Food not delivered. Estimated wait time was 45 minutes. After 1.5 hours, we called to check. They LOST THE ORDER. They offered a 10% discount- an absolute joke. As an owner; I would've comped the meal and apologized profusely. Instead, the store blamed the, "new computer system." Long time customers like us have no reason to order in the future. 10%? Really? Wow. The food cost is MAYBE $7.00. Sorry High Point, but I wouldn't support this business, moving forward. Papa John's sounds really good about now. BTW, I'm still waiting at 7:28 PM.

Overall Thoughts: My wife grew up in High Point…other than this place, she is not a fan of pizza. Personally, I love pizza in general, but I only come here because of her. I’d give this place a 4.2 out of 5. Friendly staff and good quality food. The interior could use an update, but it is clean.1. Restaurant Type: Pizza2. Coke Or Pepsi: Pepsi3. Ketchup Type: NA4. FYI, the pepperoni are the square chunks (think school pizza). The salad bar is small but has the things I like. The ranch doesn’t taste like they make in house…so they could up their game their

This pizza was awful. It tasted like cardboard, burnt and hard. The "cheese bread" resembled store-bought bread with cheese on top. The cheese on the bread was not melted.

The pepperonis look like nipples. I have a theory that their pizzas come from the Publix across the street. The ambiance inside of the restaurant makes me feel like I'm in a brick factory.
