Went through the drive-through. They forgot about me. I went back to the window and said where’s my food. waited another 15 minutes then asked for a refund. when the manager asked why I said because I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and still don’t have my food and I need to go. She looked at me and said it had only been 13 minutes. It had been over 13 minutes just since I drove back to the window. It had been closer to 25 minutes. Terrible service never got my food.

I’ve honest to God had better food from the frozen food aisle at Walmart…. It was fresh and hot but the taste was lacking on everything…. Even the sauce couldn’t save it. I won’t be returning.

I went to this Slim Chickens on yesterday and was disappointed to find a hair in my food. When I called the restaurant to report this, the employee that answered stated that they had multiple complaints of the same issue that day 🤮 I was disgusted and disappointed. The employee stated that there was nothing that they could do for me since I was unable to come back that same day and show them the piece of hair. I advised the worker that I did not live in the area and could not come back the same day and he did not care. The worker refused to take my name down or accommodate me for the contaminated food. Even with the staff being aware of hair being in the food, they did not care. Slim Chickens do better!!!!

Update: That review did happen but I went back and they did take care of us. I am changing my drive-thru review
I had two orders. Onion rings were old, soggy & had no crust attached. I asked for fresh chicken on salad it looked like plenty of chicken crumbs old chicken barely chicken pieces. I asked for no Lettuce on sandwich it had a big brown piece on it. It had no seasoning on fries! First time for that. I noticed the car in front was pulled up waiting. I was hoping my food would be good. Today was a big disappointment. I also had sent the mac & cheese back because container was hotter than the Mac inside, it was warm and taste like the one in a microwave dinner. If I would had uploaded pics then I am sure they would have not been able to deny what they done.

Very environmentally abusive! The management knows good and well how much harm all of this plastic and styrofoam is doing to people yet they still fill our landfills with this petroleum everyday. Shame on them.

Oh my goodness. Do NOT waste your time or money. Tenders are salty. Sauced wings had no flavor and were very dry and tough. Fried pickles were very salty. Yes, fried pickles are a little salty but this was not edible. They should have put some of that salt on the wings. Who the hell comes back for seconds, I dont know. How do they have more than one location? Idk. Popeyes, Zaxbys, hell Id take Mcdonalds chicken nuggets over this any day of the week. Over priced and nasty. I dont know how to add a pic or I would.
