This is the best sonic around, by far. And Lynette, I hope I'm spelling that right, Is always amazing to speak to on top of providing incredibly excellent customer service. The whole team is great and my family always enjoys eating here!

I ordered a small strawberry milkshake and a medium limonade slush and this lady charged me an LARGE strawberry shake. I paid the 11 dollars, confused, because I didn’t understand why a small and a medium was so much until she gave me the receipt. I told her when she handed me the drinks and she gave me attitude like girl, you were the one who made the error. She said she repeated the order twice, which was a LIE! She didn’t say anything to me other than the price. Last time I will ever go to that Sonic!!!

Obviously this Sonic doesn’t know how to fulfill orders that come through. Ordered through door dash the double smasher burger meal and then I got a mini peppermint brownie bark shake. Door dash dropped off the food and there was no burger because “they no longer have the smasher.” SO PUT A DIFFERENT BURGER IN THERE or I don’t know call the number on the door dash order and ask if there is something else we would like. My milkshake had NO BROWNIE in it, why call it a peppermint BROWNIE bark shake if you aren’t gonna put the brownie in there. For ya’ll to be so expensive you would think I’d be getting 5 star service and a 5 star meal. Highly disappointed.

Saturday was the last straw with this location. They do have good food, but the service sucks, and there is no Wi-Fi. (And yes, I do tip!)
We were there Saturday, and I pulled into the last stall. I thought it was Stall #10, the handicap stall (Yes, I am handicapped and clearly had the permit visible). We were also the only car parked in that entire row of stalls. We ordered our food and were talking, not thinking about the time, when I realized it had been 30 minutes.
Thinking I must have screwed up the order, I called the phone number. The employee started screaming that I was parked in the wrong spot. I then drove up to the take-out window. She came to the window with her arm in a sling, telling me she couldn't be expected to bring my food out with only one arm. She did, however, keep the tip.

The worst Sonic we have been too. First we parked at a spot to order only to wait 15 minutes (while all the employees were looking at us), no one ever came over the speaker. We googled the restaurant to read other co.plainta about how this is only a drive thru restaurant. Highly disappointed in the whole experience.

They put so much ice in my iced coffee that I got maybe 4 drinks out of it then it was gone. That's pretty crazy also theres a huge pot hole in the parking lot . The fries were pretty good though

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! What type of sonic tell you there not coming outside and to use the drive thru or dining area . I thought sonic was always about the outside environment but not at this location terrible service.

Came up to the drive thru window and wasn’t greeted until 10 minutes later after she was doing something. Food was cold girl was looking at us like we was dumb. Woman talked incoherently and walked off for 10 minutes, came back thought we paid, then she walked off again to make something and had us waiting for even longer.

Ordered our food and had to pull up to wait on our food. Not a big deal because that happens at many places. The issue was when you pay for something you expect to get the size of things you order since things are already expensive everywhere. The fries seemed to be pre cooked...they were soggy and drenched in grease. We all threw them away. The mozzarella sticks and sandwiches were not even warm enough to eat. They had to be warmed up. Wonder just how long the food sat around.

Sonic is all about ordering and enjoying your food in your car and just driving away when done! We pulled up, figured out what we wanted, pushed the red button, and was then told parking was not available but we could go through the drive through. Left and ate inside Mc Donald's! Drive through is not what Sonic is about!!! Looked like they had plenty of employees to bring the food out, probably just too lazy to do it!!!
I’m not one to normally complain about mediocre service but, this experience was horrible. I pulled into one of the drive in spots at this location and clicked the button to order like you normally would. Then I sat and waited for about 10 minutes then I clicked the button again. The girl working then told me that they were not using the spots anymore only the drive through. That’s crazy for a few reasons but I won’t get into that. Anyways then when I go to get my food the entire time the staff was yelling about sexual actions, dating and drama. This should not be acceptable. All in all I wasted about 20 minutes of my life for a root beer float. I would not recommend this location EVER and you shouldn’t either.
