The staff was really nice and the limited time Angus smash burgers and onion rings were so good. If I have one complaint it can be a bit on the pricey side.

The onion rings are always great, however the hotdog was mediocre. The cashier was rude and then lost my card. She finally found it on the floor, but not before accusing me of already having it back.

2025:Decided to give a second try 2 years later. Didn't think much of it just was wanting something for lunch. First thing, I ordered inside this time. I was told 4 minutes for my order to be cooked. It took 10. A bit longer but not too bad
Now for the food. In this department, I was actually surprised. Not many places do a smash burger and this one was not bad at all in fact I enjoyed it alot. The tots were not bad either. Quite warm upon arrival. Seasoned well and enjoyable.
While for lunch if you're in a rush, I would advise against it. It can be good and the staff seem to be a lot nicer now. It's not the best. But it is improved

I ordered a pickup order online through the Sonic app and I got there about 5 minutes later and checked in in the app to let them know which stall I was at so the employees could bring my food out to my car! While I waited 20 minutes before I finally walked inside and had to get my order myself I watched an employee come out the door and get into a car that had just pulled up making a drug deal, another employee continuously walking in and out of the restaurant on their cell phone and another employee cleaning windows! So when I finally walked inside to my order the one employee was still outside buying their drugs and the other employee was walking around on there cell phone talking while waiting on customers! And my order had been sitting under a heat lamp ready the entire time but nobody brought it out to me even though I checked in and told them what stall I was at! When the female finally gave me my order who was on her cell phone she was very rude practically threw my order in my hands and walked off without saying anything! When I got back into my car about to drive off the employee making the drug deal was finally walking backside holding something in his hands! And yes my food was cold by the time I got it because I waited outside for 20 minutes for someone to bring it to me and they were all to busy doing personal things. It would have been different if they were busy but nobody was inside and nobody was in the drive through and there was only 1 other car in a stall other than mine and the dealer and there was 4 employee in total! So the math ain't matching!!!! I will NEVER be coming back to this Sonic! Who wants cold food and to be treated like this??? Very upset and dissatisfied.... This location has really gone down hill.... Why is it even still open like this

Drive thru window crew is polite and courteous. My food is made fresh, seved hot, even the French fries. I can't say enough good things about this location.
Waited an hour at the restaurant for my online order after it was supposedto be ready. Then brought it home and the order was wrong. Decent food. Horrible service. At least get the order correct

About a week ago I was in a large vehicle, so I couldn't use the drive thru at lunch as it was too big a vehicle. Went to the walk up area to order. Could not order because apparently they did not have enough help to serve me and were only taking orders through the drive thru... Maybe 1 car was in the drive thru when I walked up and only 2 cars had pulled up by the time I pulled off unsatisfied because I was looking forward to some Sonic and it was close to my jobsite I was at.
