Took a hot minute to get my food, but everything was correct which is a plus. Often times this location is out of certain menu items, which could be supply chain shortage issues. I really don't know how to fill these surveys out anymore tbh*update* 4/1/23The associates seem alot friendlier lately

We park in stall 2 and before we could order a young man came out and yelled at us are you the people who ordered 2 large drinks my daughter responded and told him no we haven’t ordered yet. She then pushed the red button and ordered 2 ice creams and 2 drinks. We waited for 30 minutes and she pushed the button again and asked what was taking so long. The lady that answered said are you in stall 2 my daughter responded yes. She never answered. We waited another 5 minutes and finally a “manager” brought out our order not the person John like it said on the screen. I asked her what took so long and she refused to answer me. I said excuse me Ma’am can you please tell me why it took so long for such a small order. She stated they had a lot of orders. I took pictures we were the only car there and there were no cars in the drive thru! We watch employees on their cell phones just standing around while we waited for ice cream and drinks for 30 minutes. If we hadn’t already used the bank card and paid for the order we would have left. We are visiting High Point from Texas were my daughter was a manager of Sonic for years. This manager is doing Sonic a disservice and it is sad. I wish I could give a negative star rating.

Best sonic ever! Food is always hot and fresh. The cashiers are always super nice and friendly. Great service love this place.
Good Burger...cooked fresh...but...better have a pocket of spare change for all the bums that will try to guilt you out of a dollar because you're eating. Great restaurant..terrible neighborhood. We've started going to Thomasville.

Sorryest people working there putting opinions on our food when we plainly said no opinions
I like their food but they need more people at this location. I had six cars in front of me for about 10 minutes. When 1 car left, I was able to order but it took so long, I drove off. The staff here is really friendly, nice, and provide great service when you can get to the window.
