My main issue is whenever I place mobile orders, they frequently mess up my order and I don’t always time to have them go back and fix it all the time. I really don’t like this location. The store is spacious but sometimes not always clean and it can be very dark inside. The employees are nice though

Always do a wonderful job on my drinks I can go to a different store and my drinks never taste right there always to sweet or to strong. Service is quick and the employees are all wonderful. This is my store I go to on a regular basis.

Im not sure who the blonde was in drive thru this morning but she was extremely rude after I asked her to fix a drink... if it was ordered wrong she could of told me and I would of paid for whatever instead she snatched the drink back. Thank God 7brew will be open soon.

Had multiple people working on my drink- one lady started it, then walked away. Another guy steamed the milk and then walked away, got a bag of coffee from a cabinet it front, went back to my drink and put a lid on then passed it out. 4 people were working in the store and only 1 making drinks. 10 minute wait for a coffee during 1:00 coffee times is ridiculous.

I love this place for real— it is SUCH a shame they have such rowdy customers in the reviews. I come in with my kids everyday and they always ask for cake pops to which the barista at the counter always greets me and says hi and even knows my kids names. The Barista Bella is super kind and knows how to keep up a conversation!! She’s super kind and even fought off a rowdy customer for me once… she needs a raise!! But seriously though, these crusty customers are freaking crazy— they’re complaining on google reviews about how they weren’t greeted when they came in and how Starbucks (a luxury expense) costs $7 for a Frappuccino (not even coffee atp.) some people have 0 brain cells and it shows. I come here once a month for my business ventures with my husband and every time the drinks are consistent and delicious. I can’t fathom how perfect this place is. Honestly? Every Starbucks in the high point area is just great!!

Vegetarian options: I love veggies. But if you’re strictly vegetarian you’re unfortunately limited!! Either way, concepts of thoughts and prayers!
Dietary restrictions: If I had a diet(130 pounds going strong by the way!!) this place would still be great as the baristas are knowledgeable and know their menu items to a TEA. (Get it? Tea?)
Parking: A lot of parking because they’re in the center of a lot of spaces and it’s great.
Kid-friendliness: The baristas here are super kind to my kids and even gave a free cake pop one time when my son dropped it.
Wheelchair accessibility: If I had a wheelchair I would never want to get up because this place is so nice
