Had multiple people working on my drink- one lady started it, then walked away. Another guy steamed the milk and then walked away, got a bag of coffee from a cabinet it front, went back to my drink and put a lid on then passed it out. 4 people were working in the store and only 1 making drinks. 10 minute wait for a coffee during 1:00 coffee times is ridiculous.

I love this place for real— it is SUCH a shame they have such rowdy customers in the reviews. I come in with my kids everyday and they always ask for cake pops to which the barista at the counter always greets me and says hi and even knows my kids names. The Barista Bella is super kind and knows how to keep up a conversation!! She’s super kind and even fought off a rowdy customer for me once… she needs a raise!! But seriously though, these crusty customers are freaking crazy— they’re complaining on google reviews about how they weren’t greeted when they came in and how Starbucks (a luxury expense) costs $7 for a Frappuccino (not even coffee atp.) some people have 0 brain cells and it shows. I come here once a month for my business ventures with my husband and every time the drinks are consistent and delicious. I can’t fathom how perfect this place is. Honestly? Every Starbucks in the high point area is just great!!

Vegetarian options: I love veggies. But if you’re strictly vegetarian you’re unfortunately limited!! Either way, concepts of thoughts and prayers!
Dietary restrictions: If I had a diet(130 pounds going strong by the way!!) this place would still be great as the baristas are knowledgeable and know their menu items to a TEA. (Get it? Tea?)
Parking: A lot of parking because they’re in the center of a lot of spaces and it’s great.
Kid-friendliness: The baristas here are super kind to my kids and even gave a free cake pop one time when my son dropped it.
Wheelchair accessibility: If I had a wheelchair I would never want to get up because this place is so nice

I don’t know what this location doesn’t understand by “light ice” because every single time I go, my drink is loaded down with ice!! No one wants a watered down coffee when they haven’t had it for too long, and no one wants their coffee to be gone in 2 sips. Other than that, everything else is fine.

The patio needed attention the day was there. Tables and concrete flooring were littered & dirty and the chairs in disarray. It was not busy during the 45” I sat outside that summer Sunday morning.
You know what I like? A Great Coffee ☕ early in the morning served to me by a great staff that's always Ready to go and show just how great they are at delivering Top notch service. seriously though the atmosphere here is Great and the service is fast and Efficient. No matter how your day is going the staff always seems to be on time and on the dime..I personally recommend this store to anyone who has that Starbucks coffee craving.

Friendly baristas greeted me as soon as I walked in. My drink was perfectly made, even though I have a complicated order. The atmosphere was inviting and perfect for catching up with a friend. I'll definitely be back to this Starbucks!
