This place is terrible! I had did a mobile order and placed it right before I got in line at the drive thru. There was only one person in line ahead of me in the drive thru so I had assumed everything would be made fresh. I ordered a warmed pumpkin loaf and it was cold. I asked the person to please warm it bc it’s supposed to be warm and she said it was warmed at one point and they can’t warm it again. That was very rude and unprofessional. Keep in mind they were still making my beverage and supposedly they “warmed” my pumpkin loaf. She admitted before she gave me my beverage that it was the wrong thing so I had to sit there and wait. After I got my Salted Caramel Mocha Strato Frappuccino, it was in a mini cup, not a tall cup and it tasted terrible. Wont be doing business with this location ever again. Very disappointed. Bad customer service. I know why they no longer have a long line of people like they used to.

I placed an order yesterday morning at 10 AM to be picked up at 2:15 PM arrived at 2:10 the order was not ready and when we went to pour the coffee out of the containers, we had to punch a hole in the bag. It was not set to pour, the young lady working at the counter was very slow

I always regret coming to the Starbucks because it takes forever and the coffee always tastes horrible compared to the surrounding Starbucks. Today I decided to try it since I was in the area and of course I ordered the seven dollar drink and it comes a third missing. I asked the barista where the rest of the drink was, and they said because of the foam they can’t fill it to the top? I’ve never had this happen in another location? Just constantly disappointed by this location.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Worst off a bunch of hard working people behind the counter, but 25 minutes for a $10
coffee with no crazy extras (that they still managed to make mistakes is unacceptable. This obviously poor management, who was nowhere to be found. If you can't run and staff your store correctly, you shouldn't be there, but im sure they'll be an excuse.

sad because many chlorophyll chunks & received coconut milk instead of oatmilk :( and i know there is someone that works at this location that blends the matcha up really well into the drinks….

I order a matcha lemonade at every Starbucks I go to. This is the only location that has consistently told me “we don’t have a button for that”

today they actually said they will not allow me to order it any longer after today. You clearly have all the ingredients. You just don’t want to make it. It’s the simplest drink on the planet. Lemonade, matcha powder, agave syrup. One guy even told me a few weeks ago they had just got new matcha powder.

Idk what is wrong with this location but they are extremely rude to me every time I order my matcha lemonade. will never be back to this location

Will not be going back to this location in high point North Carolina on North main Street unless they send me a gift card. I went to drive through got a white chocolate mocha it was the worst I ever had. I know the one in Lexington North Carolina was great.
