Come to this location at least 3-4 times a week and there is always a problem. Long drive thru service, messed up drinks. Always something.
Ordered at the drive-through a drink that I’ve been getting for years. Simple drink on the menu I sub the milk. After I ordered through the speaker, I had to sit through a lecture from Makayla about how I need to show them my receipt because the new generation of baristas don’t know how to make my drink and are untrained. Very rude very unprofessional. Just be honest that you’re in training and it may not be correct but don’t give me a whole lecture about how I’m ordering wrong and how I shouldn’t order this in the future. I will not be back to this location.

Hello, we had an experience at this store this morning that was less than acceptable. My daughter was given sub par customer service, throughout the entire transaction. The Barista was short with her, not welcoming, got her name wrong, and then her order wrong. When she tried to give them her name again, they laughed it off and didn't change it. She had asked for an iced latte, and ended up with a hot one instead. Not wanting to be a bother, she didn't ask them to fix it. This is not the first time I've had a drink made wrong at this store. A little more care and attention to the customer in your store, as well as attention to detail would prevent these things. Stress is understandable in the morning rush, but it isn't a reason to let down your customers. If there had been just one thing wrong, I wouldn't be saying anything right now, but 3 things were wrong.

Avoid this SBUX during market. This poor staff is overworked and all the door dash/mobile orders just clog it up (then the customers complain b/c order is not ready or wrong). A perfect example for SBUX corporate to study and improve

Rude people, and unnecessarily tense staff. Male associates tend to be on edge. Nobody wants to perform duties at any job and that's understandable. That's how our economy works though, but making the majority of experiences unpleasant due to personal or professional issues is toxic and all too common in 2025.

Everything was great until we were told to lower our voices — even though we weren’t being loud at all.
A group of ten of us came to have coffee after church, and it seemed like the manager didn’t appreciate that we were speaking Spanish. She even turned the radio volume way up afterward.
Very unprofessional behavior — it’s not like we weren’t paying customers.

This place is terrible! I had did a mobile order and placed it right before I got in line at the drive thru. There was only one person in line ahead of me in the drive thru so I had assumed everything would be made fresh. I ordered a warmed pumpkin loaf and it was cold. I asked the person to please warm it bc it’s supposed to be warm and she said it was warmed at one point and they can’t warm it again. That was very rude and unprofessional. Keep in mind they were still making my beverage and supposedly they “warmed” my pumpkin loaf. She admitted before she gave me my beverage that it was the wrong thing so I had to sit there and wait. After I got my Salted Caramel Mocha Strato Frappuccino, it was in a mini cup, not a tall cup and it tasted terrible. Wont be doing business with this location ever again. Very disappointed. Bad customer service. I know why they no longer have a long line of people like they used to.
