I just move to high and Starbucks is one of the few places I went too. The drive thur did not have a long wait and the workers at the window were very nice and friendly. The drinks were great no matter what time of day I went.

Go to pick up orders a handful of times here. They ignore you for the most part. When they don't ignore you, they're not very polite. "What do you need?". Perhaps my order that's been sitting on the counter for the past 10 mins? I've also been charged tips on my orders that I didn't put on the bill. They take my card over to the drive thru and bring it back to me. Next thing I know I have an extra 5$ charge on my card. I call the store and corporate, they both say they can't refund tips. Take the extra mile drive to go to a different Starbucks. And if you don't, be sure to check your bank statements.

The wait time in drive thru is horrible.

After quite a few times, they started getting my drinks made correctly lol. The staff remember me by name and are always welcoming and pleasant. If it weren't for the horrible wait on most days, this would be the only Starbucks I frequent. However, being I understaffed most days, it takes way too long to get my order, even if ordered via their mobile app and given an estimated time.

Awesome staff! This location helped me get three travel totes for a business meeting last minute after a separate local Starbucks fell short. I am so so grateful and will only use this Starbucks now on!

I saw one of the workers spit into my coffee, and then denied it after. His co-workers were laughing and it was a very unpleasant experience, do NOT go here unless you like spit in your drinks.
