Terrible customer service, called to ask if they were closing early and was lied to. Arrived 17 minutes before I was told they would be closing. Staff was super rude and unwilling to accommodate.

I went in today and ordered a iced matcha latte venti , last time I went in I got a trenta , and I loved how big it was but today I was to nervous to ask for it again lol , and I think she remembered me and gave me the big one today too! Made my whole day and tasted wonderful ☺️☺️ will definitely be back she is awesome

Asked for hot medium roast. Coffee I received was cold and stale. Came back asked for pour over medium instead. Young lady asked me if I want dark roast instead. I refused it. After 15 mins I came back she gave me medium hot dark roast, like I won’t notice. Wouldn’t recommend.

Coffee is always cold. I had to go back few times and ask them for a fresh cup. Understaffed. Takes long time to get anything. Just a waste of time

This Starbucks is a joke. First they were closing at 8, but they would start cleaning the machines at 7:30 so they couldn't fix anything. Now they are closing at 7. Just tried to order at 6:30, and once again, they've already turned off the espresso machine so they can't make what I want. I have already complained to management twice about this, and was told it would be addressed. The girl working tonight just told me that it is HT management that tells them to start cleaning the machines early. This Starbucks is a waste of space.
