The String and Splinter is a hidden gem in High Point that doesn’t get enough credit! A 100 year old historic building with so much charm! Jason and his team are fantastic people who love their jobs! The chef is absolutely amazing who creates to die for meals! We recently hosted an event here and it was everything we could ask for and more! Staff were friendly, they allowed us to bring in our decor and truly make it our new own! If you are looking for a place for an event this is definitely one you should check out!
This is a pretty unique place closer to the Furniture Market district or in the market district, which is a better way to describe it. It also requires a membership unless you have an occasion there you can not simply walk in without an invite.

the food was remarkable and perfectly made for me.
The new chef Brian Anderson had the best food I have ever tatsed in my entire life. The atmosphere is outstanding and you cannot go wrong with his cuisine. I was highly impressed!!!

It took our party 2+ hours to get the dinner we ordered to our table. Slow, terrible service the entire evening and created a miserable dining experience. Will not be back unless we hear that service greatly improves!

Go there every Tuesday for bible study. Tracy is a great server. She remembers everyone's special request.
What a treat this was. I will surely be back. Came with a girlfriend and everyone was so nice and the food was except and we'll served. The guard in the front was so great to see and such a pleasant professional security guard. The food was delicious and the hostess was outstanding. I'll definitely be returning.
