This location says they're open until 9 pm but has been observed closing as early as 8:25 pm. I guess if you want food you need to get there before 8 pm.

This used to be my favorite Subway. Service was prompt and my order was always accurate. For the last year I have continued to be disappointed in the food, service and quality. I do mobile orders that are not ready to be picked up when I get there. They are always out of multiple items whether it be meat, bread, veggies, etc... When I picked up my sandwhich today they had to make it in front of me even though I did a mobile order. One of the cheeses appeared to have mold on it. They were out of bread. They did not have any chicken and the veggies were wilted and old. I am so disappointed that this subway has gone down hill in such a short and horrible fashion.

I ordered chicken dipper and ask sandwich artist if I could leave off cheese and add lettuce?
another sandwich artist (appeared to be supervisor) spoke in a sharp voice “No, we can’t add lettuce after putting dipper in the oven “
I then asked could I have jalapeños instead of the cheese, in a shrill voice NO !
After the “nervous “sandwich artist had finished with the sandwich he nervously dropped my sauce in the floor, the harsh speaking lady said “good thing you had a top on it”
I will not order from this Subway again
I feel bad for anyone who works in type of environment

I’ve patronized this subway for 7 years and have been ordering online since this capability has become available. However, today was not a great experience. I ordered online and I usually don’t have a problem with the drink portion when ordering online. So, today when picking up my order there is a bottle lemonade in my bag, when I initially selected the Hubert lemonade.Please don’t try to minimize my intelligence by telling me there was a button to select a fountain tea there is not. The worker proceeds to give me a bottle of tea I wanted the fountain tea because initially I was supposed to get a cup anyway due to ordering the Hubert’s lemonade. Needless to say, I got my drink and left. My usual great customer service experience was not on today!

WONDERFUL SERVICE IM PLATONICALLY SWOONING

Timothy and another lady were at the counter and were just so sweet !!! We traveled round trip ten miles and it was so worth it!!

The reason we did that was because of the subway on N. Main was just awful, yin and yang around here! Soon to post a review about them because I was fuming over that ...
