Ordered food online was told I’d be ready by six, showed up waited 40 minutes watched them serve other people in front of me then was refused my order because “I was being rude” just because I asked them why I had to wait 40 minutes for an order that was supposed to be done. Will never eat at any subway ever again because of how bad this one singular experience was

If I could give zero stars I would. This subway not only has a staff with the worse attitudes but also doesn’t care about their customers. I ordered a sub online when I went to pick it up it took 45 mins to get and the subs were absolutely horrible. I called the manager to see what we could do about the situation and she told me since I didn’t take the subs back she couldn’t do anything. This has not been the only time this has happened when y’all gonna fix this?

Worst take out ever ordered 5 foot long subs none of them were right.The lady at the counter had a attitude towards my 66 year old mom ..if your in customer service you should know how to speak to people and be polite no matter.. what the customer is always right ...if u don't like your job I suggest you to quit..

This restaurant has the worst, u prepared, nasty staff. The add one were non existing. Crumbs left, brown Lettuce. I asked for fresh vegetables and was told snappy by a young white girl " THats All We Have" I asked could they get some more and was told there was none prepared the Manager didn't show up. "SO THATS WHAT YOU GET!! There was a black guy who didn't tell her to go to the back or to stop mouthing off. I am a professional 59 year old lady, mind you.She would not stop being shifty. I told them why would I take sandwiches which I am paying for like that?? Told the girl to shut her mouth and the guy told me he would not serve me!!!! Like I wanted to purchase anything from them. There was a young black girl who tried to be pleasant thru the whole situation during my wait in line 15 minutes whete other people were told how they were out of this or that. I should have left. Then but I was picking up for my office staff. I left and went to Jimmy John's and was treated with respect and fresh ingredients. Do not go there. Photos below!!

The people that work in this location are the absolute worst!! Even the “manager” that was on shift had the nastiest attitude! I went in to order 4 footlong subs, the girl behind the counter actually got mad and said “this is considered catering”. It kind of felt like I was only supposed to order 1 or 2 subs at a time. I went to tell the “manager” why the girl said and how she said it, the manager comes back at me with “we making it ain’t we”. She’s definitely not leading by good examples. The whole experience was very ghetto to say the least. I will be contacting corporate because those kinds of attitudes while dealing with the public are unacceptable!

Gave 3 star....If this is the one in front of Wal mart beside kfc, they didn't give drive thru service even though it works because she went on the speaker to say she needed me to go inside. There is a reason people go to a subway with the drive thru because we would like to order drive thru vs go in... most of these subways will have a drive thru but not use it. Please use it. Customers love drive thru although I'm sure it's annoying for the employees.

The hostess was very rude when you asked a question they wouldn’t give you an answer and said that they can’t get but a certain amount of veggies on the sub that you paying for is already over price
Vegetarian options: Need to put more veggies on the subs stop holding back saying that you got a criteria to how much you can put on it when people are paying for your food

The people that work @ the south main location have the absolute worst attitude. It doesn't matter what time of day you go they are just always so rude, God forbid you order more than one thing or forget something and have to add something to your order. My husband and I have been in there on multiple occasions and it's the same Everytime to the point I don't even feel comfortable going in side anymore. It's just so awkward, not to mention how uncomfortable you feel while your waiting on your food. We won't be back.
Some locations are better than others. The High Point location on South Main Street is not good. Never enough "sandwich artists" so the wait is long. Quality of food is very low. I'm so glad we have a Jersey Mikes close by.

I asked for a little meat today at 2pm. She said something low couldn't make it out. Then took 4 slices of bacon off, sat it on the white board. Then started digging in meat spreading it around. She seemed frustrated. I asked her don't sit my bacon over there. I mean there is a whole other side of bread you could have sat it on. Even though I asked for the 2 Great Garlic they asked me for every topping and I ended up with No cheese after telling her several times. I don't believe she put the temp on correct setting neither were toasted. My bread was still so soft and everything was soggy. I will not be back. Also there lettuce was brown looking that's why I went with spinach. Bad business the service was low class.

One of the busiest locations I’ve been to in a long time. Tons of customers and the staff was working hard and got everyone served in a timely matter. Staff is extremely nice and location is prime.
