Absolutely awful, worst experience at a subway I’ve ever had. Ordered 2 sandwiches for pickup and when we got home to open them they were so bad! The bread and cheese was stuck to the paper and the order was wrong. I called the location and they said they couldn’t talk because they were busy, to call back in 15 minutes. I drove there instead and the manager was not there, an employee said they were having issues with the bread today and didn’t know why?? So she called the manager over the phone and she proceeded to tell me that they do give refunds within 24 hours but since SHE is not at the store and won’t be back until tomorrow she can’t give me a refund at all, she can only remake the sandwiches for me today or tomorrow, how is it my fault that I can’t receive a refund since you’re not at the store today? I was able to dispute with my bank and get the money back but stay away from this establishment, I’ve never had an issue like this before at a subway but I should’ve checked the reviews before ordering here.

This is the second time I've come here for lunch. awful. The first time took long and the same lady Ms.T she is down right rude. I understand it was busy. Today again. She she was in an argument with another employee there. Had to wait long again. She comes to the counter asks me what my order is. And thew hands as I was pulling up my order. Sound like She is the problem here. Absolutely awful and disgusted. I work at a fast food restaurant and understand frustration. But I ain't stupid.
Everytime I try to eat there they are always out of everything. At first I tried to give benefit of the doubt but now, how they are still open is beyond me at this point. Once again are out of everything and there are flies/gnats everywhere. Where there’s that many they’ve gotta be breeding maggots.

This is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a subway. The employees were extremely rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. My dad and I walked in and the employees made our sandwiches and were yelling at us while making the gentlemen behind us sandwich before ours. The lady making the sandwich was extremely rude and we felt very pressured to know exactly what we wanted. Will never return to this subway I recommend no one ever coming here.

The best experience I've ever had walking into a restaurant Idk what is up with these negative comments but the food was on point and the customer service was on a different level I visited at 1:30pm whoever the employees are need a raise

There is no customer service in the way of a greeting. The food is a hit or miss depending on what was ordered. The toppings look old and are not fresh. Also, they run out of food a lot such as tuna or chicken. There is no reason this establishment should run out even with processing a catering order! Lastly, if you go yourself or send someone they cheat you out of toppings. They don't mind giving you a bed of lettuce or spinach!
