Under proofed dough. Empty ingredients. Thank you so much for charging full price for crap yall don’t have. I see why I stopped coming to this crap location. 6 when I came at 6. They don’t close till 9 so there is no reason stations should be broke down.

Was standing there waiting to order the only customer in store. The 2 employees went to the back and began socializing like I wasn’t even there. Then when I got home with my sandwiches the bread was so hard even microwaving the bread didn’t soften it up . This is the second time I’ve visited this location and the customer service was bad and the food was horrible

I ordered on the app and said order was ready.arrived and sandwiches were not ready.They did not have bread , turkey ,lettuce or tomatoes.They had to make bread and was going to be about 1/2 hour.so disappointed .

I put in a online order and they haven't even started my order.i had to wait 25 minutes after I arrived, what's the point of online orders if they can't have them ready,I would not feed this slop to my dog 🤬
Worst subway ever. They never have anything according to them or are closing early. This establishment needs new management and employees that actually want to work. No reason you are a sub location running out of bread a hour before you close.

I can never order online.
Service was awesome! When I arrived the line was to the door!There was a guy making subs and a girl cashier but even with no help making subs he was very nice, had a smile on his face an got the orders correct! The cashier ( between ringing people up) was refilling the topping and the meats.. and by the time I left the line was to the door again.

It says they opened at 9 and the door was locked and no one was there. Never going there again.

I was the second person standing in line while the first person was being helped and use the card to pay for his meal, After he left, he told me the machine was down, and it was online order, which wasn’t true, because he paid with debit card right in front of me. Plus, he had a friend near the counter hanging out with him. Will never eat here again, terrible customer service, plus they lied to me and another guy behind me.

First time ever ordering here and shouldn't have wasted my time or money. Ordered online through the app and went to pick up when it said it was ready. I then get there and they had not even started the sandwiches and then proceeded to tell me they didn't have the bread we asked for. If that was an issue why would the employees not call their customer when they RECIEVE the order and communicate that to them so they know their options. It was already a late night dinner for my family and I bc other dinner plans didn't work out and I don't expect it to turn it to an over 30 minute wait to get my sandwiches after already thinking they were done.

The ladies working in the restaurant this evening were doing everything in their power to run a restaurant that was left in SHAMBLES by day shift. AND I understand why day crew left it a hot mess. Everyone is burnt out. You see it now in almost every restaurant in town in the throes of late stage capitalism. This establishment is going through some significant staffing issues because corporate has a greed issue. Pay these people a livable wage and we might just have sandwiches that don't have the texture of a crumbling sponge. My word to the employees: I know you're tired, but when you do your job well, you're co-workers and patrons will certainly thank you, and if they don't, THANK YOU from me. We need to stop acting like individuals and more like a team, not JUST at Subway. Ladies, I understand your frustration, and I hope your team backs you up next time. Keep up the good work (so sorry the sammies were garbage but it's not your fault!)
