I had a terrible experience at the Subway on Samet Dr. I was clearly overcharged, yet instead of taking a moment to review the receipt, the employee chose to argue with me and claimed he didn’t have the authority to fix anything. When I asked for his name, he flat-out refused to give it. Only after he finally looked at the receipt and saw he was wrong , he agreed to make the correction.
My family and I have been loyal customers at this location for years because we live nearby, but this level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see a place we’ve supported for so long treat customers this way. This store seriously needs better training and better customer service standards. At this point, I don’t see myself coming back.

I ordered the Sunday meal deal. When placing my order, I had to keep repeating my order. Don’t know if the person was comprehending what I was saying. When I got my order, it had onions on it. I didn’t ask for onions. I threw them out the window. I returned to the drive thru window cause it didn’t look like it had cheese on it. The guy telling me that there was no onions on it and the cheese was melted. How can you tell me that, when the person kept asking me to repeat my order. I didn’t waste my time arguing with him. He wasn’t worth my time. This is my first worst experience with this location. I guess they didn’t want to work today

Steak and cheese sub.....the meat was almost non existent. Pretty much ALL BREAD AND VEGGIES. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

I came to this Subway one day to eat a sub. And this place was great. The place was very clean when I went inside. The staff were friendly, which I truly appreciated. And that sandwich was amazing. Everything was fresh, the bread was perfectly toasted, and they didn’t hold back on the toppings. I’ll definitely be back for another one.
