Flavorful nachos but for 15 dollars you would expect far more. By the time I picked it up, which was in the pick up time window— it wasn’t even hot. Lukewarm. Not sure if I would be back.
First impressions are key. The reviews about the food were very misleading unless we came on an off day. The food was extremely salty. The mashed sweet potatoes had a scorched taste and smell to them. The pork, which was the main reason for us going, was beyond dry. The overall temperature of our food was lukewarm at best. Again this might have been a one off night for the food, but with there only being fives sat tables at the time it was a huge disappointment along with it being waste of money.

Sweet ol Bills is a classic sit down BBQ place with good brisket options as well as burgers and sandwiches with a wide variety of sides. Very tasty food with a quaint atmosphere. Parking is a little sparse but acceptable.

“Made To Order” burgers means they make them when you order not they actually allow you to order them the temperature you want like everywhere else. Hadn’t know that I would not have ordered a burger, menus should explain, the waiter also didn’t say anything when I asked for it to be medium. It was extremely well done and the chili tasted burned. I didn’t eat it, the first one or the second that came even more well done e than the first one before the manager explained the owner said all burgers were to be cooked well done no matter what the menu says about “made to order”
We visited on Monday 09/01. They were not busy and we were seated right away. As soon as we sat down, our waitress came over and said “did they tell you what we are out of?” we told her no we did not know what they were out of and she proceeded to tell us that they were out of barbecue and brisket because their smoker had broken Sunday night. She gave us a minute to decide if we still wanted to order or not and we should’ve taken this as our sign to leave and come back another time, but we decided that we would stay and try something since we had never eaten here before. We ordered the cheese curds as an appetizer, a Reuben, and a burger. The cheese curds that were supposed to be an appetizer did not come out until our food was brought to the table. They were extremely burnt and the marinara sauce they were served with was still frozen in the bottom of the cup. Half of the cheese curds had no cheese in them at all and were simply burnt balls of dough. The burger was overcooked as well. The chili on the burger also tasted burnt as if it had been left on high too long or was simply old. There was hardly any thousand island dressing on the Reuben, the rye bread was toasty, and the meat was very dry. We only saw our waitress three times during our visit. Once to take our order, wants to check on us after the food had been brought out, and then to bring us our check. Overall, it was a very disappointing meal. I wouldn’t recommend or return.
Food was great! Waitress was incredible!

I had dinner here and was pretty happy with everything we ordered. The onion dip was delicious, the fries were crispy and just salty enough for my taste, the cheese curds were perfectly fried and had a very satisfying crunchy breading, and my reuben was decent although the least tasty of everything I tried; the bread was a little too dry and not enough sauerkraut, but no fatal flaws.
Everything came out quickly and was correct even though the waitress was in training. They even managed to split the bill without trouble. Overall it was a good experience and I would come back again. I knocked a point off for the atmosphere because it was quite loud near the end of the night and not what I was looking for in a restaurant to catch up with friends.

My girlfriend and I ordered a to go dish with 4 other of our friends at the same time. Everyone of our friends got their food and were almost finished when I went to the front desk for the second time looking for someone to help us. The lady looked at me and turned around and walked away. With no one trying to help us I found our cold food sitting on a table across from the to-go desk. I'll give this place another try with the understanding of second chances.

It was definitely not as amazing as the reviews I read. The food was bland and ..the restroom had No lock! I had to guard the door for my daughter so it didn't swing open. Not to mention when I asked for a booster/ high chair...the poor kid had No idea what we were talking about. We had to describe in detail what a booster seat/highchair was. 🤦🏼♀️

Ordered the brisket and chicken. The chicken was very good, but the brisket was extremely dry. How do you dry out brisket??? Also, out of several beer options. The sides were very good, and the service was on point.

Had a pulled pork sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. Sandwich came out quick. Pork was very tender. The sandwich was extra large and the sweet potato fries I couldn't get enough of.

Party of 12. Most were wanting a taste of southern cuisine. BBQ sandwich was not good. I agreed with the guest after tasting it. Very dry and maybe previously frozen.
