The food is mediocre at best inconsistent! The menu is signature barbecue. Although you cannot get a burger temp to your liking, they won't do it. Only well done very disappointing to say te least. This is the only restaurant I have ever been to.Where you cannot get a burger temp.The way you want.

My wife and I met some friends for dinner here last night at 6:45 pm. We were seated immediately. I had Pulled Pork, Sweet Potato Fries and Cucumber Salad. The food was good, but was not quite as warm as I had expected. The Cucumber Salad was awesome! My wife had the Rueben Sandwich on Texas Toast and French Fries. She said the sandwich seemed like it was more toasted than grilled. She did, however, state the the sandwich and fries were very good. The other male member of our party had Chili. He stated that it was very good, and all but licked the bowl. His chili did look very appetizing. The other female member had Chicken, Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Mac and Cheese. She stated that her meal was great! I cannot remember our servers name, but she was a very nice young lady, probably a college student, and had a wonderful personality. We would definitely visit this establishment again!
Do NOT order fried chicken, grilled chicken, or anything chicken!! My 8 year old daughter tells me her chicken tenders taste like popcorn at a movie! We than tasted it! IT WAS CHICKEN TENDERS THAT ACTUALLY TASTED LIKE POPCORN and smelled like it! Sooo WEEEIRD! My other daughters grilled chicken was like a rock! Un edible, hard, dry, not good! The rest was very mediocre! The waitress seen ALL the chicken pushed to the side for garbage because, it was disgusting! She stared at it and grabbed all the other plates and left it there! I could be wrong but it seemed as though she knew the problem and just pretended it didnt exist! She walked by the table several times, and seen the chicken but still wouldn't remove it from the table! We didnt complain or anything! We just wanted it gone! Very strange! Will never go back!

So disappointing!! My husband had the chopped plate which was cold, portion sized for a child and no flavor. I had a veggie plate with same results, food was cold not even warm and no flavor. I ask if plate came with hush puppies or bread and she said nope but you can order a side?? Said the condiment size slaw was the free side which was awful and looked like nothing more than mayo. Disappointing!
