I've marked this taco bell off my list. Tacos were thrown together. Too much sour cream , too many tomatoes. Had to resemble the one taco i ate and the rest when into the trash.Three soda choices had no carbonation, and the other no syrup.

Absolutely abhorrent. I have never been to a worse place where I have seen such rubbish. The food is vile, and disgusting. The drinks are flat, and warm. The Crunch Wrap Supreme is just diced tomatoes and sour cream. I have been a regular here for years and from what I've seen, a group of friends apply to the same place to be with their friends and put the minimum effort.

I’ve been here twice in the past 2 weeks. No issues as far as the food for both trips but I’ve never been to a restaurant that just doesn’t put ice in your drinks. My first trip my drinks were warm and flat. I thought maybe their drink machine was down the first time (the one for the drive thru). On my second trip there I literally saw an employee get herself a drink and put ice in it from the DT drink machine. Where is my ice? I thought to myself! Is there an unspoken rule at just this Taco Bell that I must ask for ice? Literally every other restaurant I’ve ever been to has given ice in every drink unless asked not to. The employees seem to not care or have an attitude so I didn’t bother asking. This is the only Taco Bell close by me. I will stop eating here if they can’t take an extra second and put ice in my drinks. Especially if I’m going to sit there for a minimum of 10 mins with the DT order taker standing at the window the whole time doing nothing!

Just keeps getting worse and worse, how you going to let customer order a drink, but not let them know you don't have ice. So you just serve hot drinks. It's ridiculous, lazy and bad customer service. Don't waste your time here. They don't care about anyone.

Everything we ordered was stale and cold. The workers did not heat or cook our food before giving it to us. This place is a waste of time and money. Very disappointed with our order of nacho fries. For staff, if you are not willing to hear up or make new batch please just deny the order and don't give stale food to customers. Once again, extremely disappointed with our order.

Even when ordering 30 minutes ahead of time, your order is still not ready when you arrive. Your business is not valued at all by employees. The bar is very very low!

The young lady at the drive through sounds so dismal when she takes your order. At the window there is no "Hello", no "Thank you", and certainly no "Have a good day". In fact she will not respond at all. If you try to engage her she will just stare at you like you are an alien. If you want sauce, you will have to tap on the window, because she simply opens the window, hands you the bag, and promptly shuts it again. When someone represents a company they should be trained if they lack customer service skills. Also, she shouldn't be holding her cell phone and then touching the napkins without washing her hands.
