This location was just awful. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru, and we got completely ignored. So we left and went inside, but all the cars after us were helped. So we went up to the screens and ordered, and the workers helped 6 cars and counting before we even got our food! And then they forgot a drink, and we told them it was supposed to be a fountain drink, but she just gave us water!! This location has the worst service I've ever experienced in any retail or food service

Today was the worst experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell restaurant.I ordered 3 soft taco supremes, they arrived regular soft tacos.I ordered a Gordita crunch, it wasn’t even in the bag.I also ordered 2 chicken quesadillas, both with no jalapeño sauce and 1 with sour cream.BOTH had the jalapeño sauce and there was no sour cream on either. Even better NEITHER OF THEM WERE EVEN CUT!!!The worst part of it all was my experience when I arrived to the store to tell them my entire $32 order was wrong . I asked to speak to a manager, she comes to the front, asks what was wrong, I told her and her ONLY words spoken to me were her justifying why the 3 soft tacos weren’t supreme. That the printer malfunctioned and it didn’t say supreme. No “I’m sorry”, no “I hate this happened”…nothing.They remade my order, I was handed my bag without a word being said to me and I left.My order was STILL WRONG!!!I own 2 restaurants which is why I even take the time to write this. If this situation happened at one of my restaurants I would be beyond appalled and the entire team would be spoken to. I hope this matter is taken seriously because customer service is #1 in my book and should be for all restaurants.

This is the worst TB I've ever been to, and unfortunately it's the closest to our house. There's always something wrong with my order, and the food is horrible compared to other locations. I feel bad for the employees, they always seem like they hate their jobs. I just moved from Seattle, and the employees there were always so happy and friendly. Please increase the employees' wages and give them what they deserve and need to survive in this economy. I can almost guarantee they'll want to make their food a 10/10.

Well first i'd like to say that my tacos and my husbands were soggy and not crunchy at all !! Second im missing food that i ordered and i called to say something and i can barely hear that guy that answered and i asked if i could come in tomorrow 1-25-2024 to get what i was missing and he just ignored me and it sounded as if he laid the phone down when i kept asking if he was on the phone !! The restaurant floor was sticky and dirty , service is just horrible at this location !! Drivethru is given more attention than someone placing an order at the counter so then that person has to wait 10-20 min to order and get their food !!! I am pissed that i didn't get my complete order and food was disgusting !!! Sad thing is management wont do anything to fix this !!!!!!! To much gabbing and not enough paying attention to an order , offensive language around customers as well . So what are you going to do to fix these issues ??? Is there a corporate number ?? Not a hard taco more like soggy !!! And for spending 30 dollars on food for this and didn't even get all my food is ridiculous . You call this a cheese rollup ??? Seriously !!! How do u mess up a cheese rollup ??? This store needs new employees and better management because for what a customer pays and this is how you do a person !!! ?? instead of where's the beef i shall say where's the cheese !!!
