They were out of ice today at lunch and understand equipment fails from time to time so this didn't bother me too much. I did get the diet version of the drink I wanted, which was a bummer. They also forgot one of the three items I ordered and I had to go park and walk inside after ordering at the drive-thru. I waited at the counter and had to stop on of the employees after being ignored for several minutes. There was no one else on line but me at the time.

Every time I have visited this particular store, food wasn't in the bag, part of my order is always left out. And to be honest, I thought the grub hub driver might be responsible for the missing food each time..
So I've started picking up our food and this is the 3rd time in a row now. I over it, we not going to eat from this Taco bell. It's not worth the regular headaches

My wife and I went to this Taco Bell. Everything else looked like it had enough toppings on it. This one here tho idk why they were thinking. It was being stingy on toppings and wife wouldn't let me take it back and make them redo it. I know stuff is more expensive but there weren't enough toppings on there for a toddler.
