Steaks were supposed to be MR one was rare and one was MW...part if order was missed and had to wait 15 more minutes for it to arrive at the table, not a very good Texas Roadhouse experience this time around

Food was great. Service was below par. Hostess gave bad first impression said 10-25 mins came in after 30 asking and somehow said idk why I didn’t get a text. Wife had code on phone for free app, the server preceded to take her phone back to the register. The vibes were off to put it simply.

The food was 3/5. I love Texas, but this time the food wasn't like other times and the service took a little longer than usual. However, it was Sunday, so there were quite a few people. Other than that, everything was good.

This was one of the worst visit we have ever had at any restaurant. When we were seated we were offered drinks without being informed that all the drinks were basically out. Then we placed food orders. Almost 1 hour later our food came out luke warm-cold. We mentioned it to the waitress and she just asked well what do you want. She had 2 of the meals that were cold remade. Not once did we receive refills even with asking. If this was our first experience there we would definitely not be returning.

This is our regular Texas Roadhouse location. We only had to wait after arriving at 8:15 p.m. The decor is great. Our server was a new hire. She was hopefully at the beginning of her training. She was a slow learner. My wife had a steak. She ordered medium. The steak was medium-rare upon first delivery. It was sent back. The same steak she had originally cut in half came back. It had been charred on the outside, but was still medium-rare. She cut the outer edges and ate them. No-refills, until we asked after paying. Be better, or we will go to Greensboro.

my mother went here tonight. her name was never out on the wait list. they never took her number to text her about a table, after an hour which was over the quoted time that the wait was supposed to be. they came back and asked about their table. they said they texted them, they never got a text. they got sat and ordered beers and food. they received the beers and a side salad. after 45/50 minutes no server has been back to check in, let her know what’s going on, nothing at all. on top of that the silverware they received was disgusting. they are very disappointed in the experience they had tonight. do not plan on being back soon.

We LOVE the food at Texas Roadhouse...BUT, we can't seem to get past the poor management at Brian Jordan Place.

I got the promotional email for to-go family packs last week. I filled out the order and it went through. But no confirmation email. Surely it will come.

I called yesterday. Finally got a manager on the phone to check. She put me on hold and never came back.

Showed up today for my scheduled 5:00 pm pickup. I found a line of unhappy people waiting. Everybody waiting. Waiting....waiting...waiting. So far the fastest customers have had to wait only 45 minutes past their pickup time. They're lucky to get out only 45 minutes late. Waiting....waiting....waiting.

I ate here with my family on Monday. The service was okay but the food was off. I ordered a med rare steak and when it arrived it was closer to well done. When I cut into the center of the steak it barely had any color in it. I tried my side of mac and cheese. Unfortunately there was much flavor in the mac and cheese. They tried to correct the steak and cooked another. It took an additional 45 mins for the recook and whenever the steak arrived the manager had me cut into it only to be disappointed once more. The steak was again close to well done. I sighed and said don't worry about it because I wasn't gonna make my family wait another 45 minutes for a recook. It then took almost 20 more minutes just to get the bill corrected so we could pay. They took the steak off but then it messed up a promotion that they running that effect the price.
Unless you like well done steak or a free meal for your dog then I would skip this spot and try another steak house in the area.
