One of the best experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. Our food was great and our service was amazing. We had a party of 13 split between two tables and our waitress handled everything with no problem at all.

First, of all, my silverware was dirty. The server got me a new one right away. There was a ant on my husband glass and he never drank out of it. There was ant in my salad plate. The server was never around to complain about it. The tater appetizer was full of salt. The cheese sticks was OK, we've had better! The rolls were hot and delicious! The service was awful! We had to ask numerous times for water to drink. We had already ate our appetizer before the rolls came. We waited 15 minutes on 2 salads. There were only 2 of us. We were told by the server they only had 1 cook. That's hard for us to believe unless the other cooks walked out. The music was so loud, I couldn't hear my husband across the table. We were hoping just a quick in and out. Not here! We will not be coming back to this place to eat. We've eaten at other Texas Roadhouses and they got 5 star reviews from us. We felt that because we weren't the right color we got ignored alot. Everyone else got asked if they wanted more rolls and got the water right way.We understand, how restaurants work. My husband and I have worked at them before and our families have owned businesses,but this was a sorry excuse for a business. My husband said his fries were OK. MY shrimp was good. We were dining in buy ended up taking our food home to eat it because our babysitter had to leave and go take care of someone else.

Had a server, heather with my family on Sunday and she was absolutely amazing, got the food out fast and gave the best service I’ve ever had at any Texas Roadhouse. Will most definitely be asking for Heather next time I go in. And the steaks were amazing, tender, and cooked to perfection! Highly, highly recommend this location and Heather as your server! We will be back real soon!

Love Texas Roadhouse in High Point, I’m single and sit at the bar, they always know my name and what I want, nicest people!Parking: May have to circle parking lot a few times if at busiest times but always find a spot
