Please take the time to read. I usually don’t write reviews like this but I have to.. I was treated very poorly and humiliated at this restaurant by the staff. I placed an order to go on the phone for chicken pad Thai, no spice. I went to pick up my order like normal (I’ve been going here for years). I had a great interaction like usual. A young boy and younger girl checked me out. I grabbed my food and left. My sister was in the car with me so while I was driving she took a bite of my food and noticed it was pretty spicy. I then tasted it and noticed it was too and I am really sensitive to spice so I couldn’t eat it. I called multiple times probably like 20-30 times and couldn’t get through. I told my sister she can just have the pad Thai I’ll make another trip back up there to tell them so I can get my order remade. When I got there I explained to the younger boy who had just saw me 20 mins prior what happened and then he went and got the manger on duty I guess which was that other younger girl that was there when I grabbed my food. I explained to her what happened and asked if they could remake my order or refund whatever their policy was. She immediately got super defensive and asked where the original order was. I told her again that I gave it to my sister because I don’t like spicy food and I tried calling a ton and they didn’t answer. So then started making faces and being very condescending towards me saying she needs to physically see the other order first before they can make me a new one. Which was no problem. At this point I felt really uncomfortable because of how defensive and condescending she was being. (I don’t like conflict). I go out to the car and get the order from my sister and brought it in and then the younger girl immediately gets upset that some of the food was ate out of it. But I explained to her for the 4th time I gave it to my sister. She then holds the takeout tray up in the air and started saying “look it’s basically gone! Look at this!”showing the people waiting in the lobby/customers. If that wasn’t embarrassing enough, she started taking the tray to her co workers making a huge scene. At this point it wasn’t about the food… it was about how mean they were being to me. I asked her why she was being mean and told her she was being immature and inappropriate by doing that and then she ignored me and went to her coworker behind the sushi area and said something to her in their native language and then THE SUSHI PERSON STARTED GOING OFF AND TRYING TO ARGUE WITH ME 🫨 I kept my composure, I didn’t yell or anything. I just was in shock how they acted when I asked to make the order right. I told her she was not doing good business and I was going to leave a bad review and she laughed and said her manger would post a picture of my takeout tray ….and I’m like look, this isn’t about my order, I get your policy and I can respect that, but how you embarrassed me in front of everyone holding up the takeout tray and passing it around and then ganging up on my with your other co worker? I was seriously in shock. Anyone who knows me knows that I am a nice person and would never ever do anyone wrong. I didn’t deserve this treatment.. and had no idea that the staff that has served me so many times were actually that mean. I will never ever be back again. And the sad part is, they have scripture on thier chalk board out front and christain music playing and they absolutely do not represent christ at all. The owners at Thai herb probably won’t care about my interaction, but hopefully you guys will.

Probably the best Thai food in the piedmont. The khao soi northern curry noodle is completely devine 10/10. Served with chicken that falls off the bone, it has wonderful noodles and the flavor is just amazing. Ask for it with a fried egg! I order it spice level 3 but a 2 still has some kick. 4-6 is for the real ones. This is not on the lunch menu, but they will serve it if you request it! Service is always good but can be a little slow at times. Probably had this 5 times now and it always slaps. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Their Tom Kha soup had tomatoes and celery which gave it a weird flavor. The pad thai was pretty good according to my husband. Probably won't eat there again. Disappointed.

I had a blast here with two of my friends, It was our first Thai food experience and everything was perfect. The waitress gave really good suggestions, I personally loved the “Thai tea” to the point I ended up taking two more take-out to my home.
The ambience really felt much more in the authentic side, and I am surprised it wasn’t busy despite their great food. The portions and pricing is really reasonable, and the waitress checked up on us from time to time, to make sure we were having a good first time experience.
They have a decent sanitary rating of 94.5 and other than that, I’d really recommend this place for any Thai food enjoyers out there. Lastly, you should try the Thai teaaa. 👌

I will tell you that today is “the best“ Chicken, I’ve ever had in my life. We live Pas Woon Sen And normally, I don’t get chicken because in most places it is overcooked. But not today. Melted in your mouth.

I absolutely loveeeee this place the Pho is super yummy!! I love the sushi, shrimp dumplings and the sweet sticky mango rice is delicious. Sometimes the rice is undercooked depending on who made it but most days it’s really good. They could also use less coconut in the rice itself because it makes it entirely too sweet or overpowering at times
Today was my first time eating at Thai Herb after hearing great reviews about them for a couple years. I walked in before they closed at 2:30p and was greeted by a beautiful ambiance and the fact that they played inspirational music was a plus for me! Everyone was nice and inviting as well. I’ll definitely be back the food was amazing as well a little bit of a wait but it was worth it!

Ordered a to go of sushi and we explained to the person who turns out he's the manager, El, that we went here after a order gone wrong from a nearby restaurant. He said it would take 15 minutes. I waited over 15 minutes in the lobby. The waitress checked on me and he acted like I didn't exist. She asked if I wanted any water because it is a hot day and I said no thank you but wanted my order to go. She went to check on it and seemed like to me, the person preparing the sushi was never given the order, because she then started it. They were not that busy. I told El "this is NOT good sir" twice and all he would say, which was not "I'm sorry for your wait" was 'I'll see if I can get her more help' he didn't really, but two people came out after that. I didn't get my order until 30 minutes, not 15. As I was leaving, the waitress apologized and she was genuinely nice, but the manager was not a good manager. He couldn't care less. Really disappointed because this is the place I supported with thai food orders. Don't think I'll be back after being treated so poorly.

I tried to call before leaving a negative review but it goes to a voice mail that is full. I put in an order for pick up an hour before. I arrived and it was not ready yet, waited 40 minutes past the pick up time! I get my food home and the steak is raw!!! Still mooing RAW! The strawberry Philly roll instead is blueberries! This was my valentine dinner and it's ruined! $75 dollars and 40 extra minutes for it to be wrong and RAW!!!
