The Biscuit Factory, Inc

Well when you are visiting a new area you try what is recommended. Had a country fried ham biscuit. Biscuit was good, ham was chewy. Maybe supposed to be like this but not really impressed. Not saying was bad, just maybe what you expect in NC but I'll just stick with NJ breakfasts. So far most impressed with oyster place in Jamestown.

Usually the food is good. Just got a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. The eggs, sausage, and the biscuit were not hot. The cheese wasn't melted. Very disappointed. I went through the drive through.

Food came fast but I wasn't a fan. The people that worked there was nice and friendly.

The employees act like they couldn't care less you exist.

The wait staff was NEVER friendly, now they’re just plain rude. The food was always pricey but it tasted good. That is no longer the case. Now it’s just crazy priced and tastes bad. We’re not coming back. Too many other expensive, terrible tasting restaurants that at least treat us well. ?

Best biscuits in town. I never miss going in when I'm in High Point. I always get extra for the next day. They never disappoint, and if you come near breakfast or lunch time, they WILL be busy, but they are very quick to get ya thru. Fresh made all day. Yum

Though they were short-staffed, the crew was very kind & the lobby was very clean! I had the sausage egg & cheese biscuit with fries and an iced tea! Though it was a little more expensive than I'm used to, it was worth every penny! I couldn't even eat it all! You could honestly make a meal from the biscuit alone!!? The fries were hot without me having to special order! I really enjoyed my visit! I definitely look forward to returning soon!

This place used to be a cheaper alternative to biscuitville. I don't know what went wrong with the owner, but it went wrong.

The slow as hell drive through, the clinically ret@rded 'managers', the slurring and rude, borderline disgusting, midwit staff, the mediocre and mostly wrong order food was tolerable- but it's gotten worse, I didn't think it was possible. And for what? Why? Who benefits from this catastrophe?

Now for me... it's just an eyesore wooden shack and a sad joke. I live right next door, and I can't bring myself to be ritually humiliated by these overpriced idiots anymore. Seven bucks for a biscuit that sucks- barely being sold by lazy jagoffs. No more. I don't want them anywhere near my food- ever again.

Came here on the recommendation of a friend. While everything was solid and I have no complaints it's not my favorite in the world. They got me in and out quick and the food tasted good.
