They burn their cobblers and put no effort into making them. I got my money back though.

Customer service was at an all time low! I went to pick up an order and when I told her I was picking up for doordash she placed it on the counter and then walked away. Thank goodness I was on point and seen it was two orders. I said ma’am I have an additional order and with the same attitude she placed that one in the table as well no thank you, no have a great night, not anything. Poor customer service but the food looked delightful even tho the order was not for me.

The cheesecake didn’t have any sugar in it!? The nastiest “dessert” I’ve tasted!

Front staff was very nice and quick to greet when I walked in as she was in the back. I ordered the cheesecake strawberry and it was gross. Very surprised and disappointed. The cheesecake mix was very bland. I had to taste it a few times to make sure I wasn’t tripping. But I wasn’t.

They’re pricy for the small portions. Some days it’s a hit or miss for whoever makes the peach cobbler.

I was beyond disappointed with my trip to this establishment. I first had this a week ago in Burlington and OMG it was so gooddd!! So fresh, from the fruit to being able to taste the extra butter in the extra crust I got on top! I went here and the mangos were old hard and stuck together and the crust was burnt. Completely ruined my taste for this smh. Will not be back to this one 😭

The place was very clean, but the cleaning products were so strong that even the cups I brought home carried the smell. Unfortunately, the odor was overpowering, and I couldn’t really enjoy the cobblers and cheesecakes because of it.

My favorite is strawberry. Next sweet potato. Then peach. Cookies are good too I just took the icing off.

Love this place !!!! Get anything its fantastic!!!

My first time coming here. The atmosphere was really nice. I tried the banana pudding and didn’t like it. I’m not saying it was nasty, but it wasn’t what I’m used to. It had no bananas and looked like mush with vanilla wafers. I’d definitely visit again to try something different.

Peac cobbler is amazing and the gentleman at the register was very nice. We are from Texas and enjoy that southern hospitality.

My experience was ok ,let them know this was my first visit,I wanted to try something new and different for a change,came across this place ,I ordered peach cobbler because it is named peach cobbler factory,the cobbler was good,I wanted some extra topping added staff stated only on cheesecake,

Everything was delicious. We will stop in again.
