Today on Feb. 26 after working 12 hrs I went in the bagel shop to get me and my sons some bagels, my first time going here. First when I walked in at about 6:15 no one was up front and when she finally came out I said Good morning, nothing just a dry what can I get you. Then I asked her if she had any none pork meat she said turkey I asked turkey slices or ? Then she says turkey sausage. I said ok I’ll take 2 turkey sausages with egg and cheese on a plain bagel and I’ll have a bacon and egg, She totaled it up I even tipped her with her bad attitude. Then she messed up my order, only gave me 2 bagel 🤦🏾♀️ so I called back just to see if she charged me for 2 and she get on the phone yelling. I asked her was she ok because she obviously woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Good customer service will take a business a long way and bad would run it down! I won’t go back because of how she treated me for no reason at all. I paid 15 dollars for some hard bagels and a rude bad attitude 🤦🏾♀️

Went 2/24/25 8:30. Tried three different bagels . All good but nothing to rave about alone. Will try some sandwiches and see another time. Staff friendly and prompt.
I have a love/hate relationship with high point bagels. The food is really good, but every time I go my order gets messed up in some way. Sometimes it's the wrong bagel, last time I ordered extra Taylor ham and didn't get it. And today I ordered a Taylor ham, egg, and cheese bagel and they didn't give me any egg. If they would get the orders right I would probably give them 5 stars.

I JUST received a 13 dollar BURNT bread pastrami sandwich that was on black/charred toasted bread and tastes like a greasy grill. Disgusting and unhealthy! Whomever "cooked" this and let this be served should be fired!

Quaint bagel shop with a great food selection - not too big or small. The sandwiches are great but so are the bagels simply on their own.
Parking: Parking is okay except at peak times. You can always park at the gas station next door and walk over since it’s so close. We do that every now and then.

Best bagels in high point. They stay pretty busy on the weekends, so don't be surprised if you have to wait. Staff and owners are always friendly when I come in.

Very homey vibes and delicious food. Muffins are delicious and soft, and coffee was hot and tasty. Also got a half sandwich and soup, excellent chicken salad! Service was quick and courteous.

I ordered this Reuben at 612am.
It came out perfect.
The owner is awesome I talked to him while ordering and he hooked my up with a sweet potatoe bisque that was honestly overly perfect.
On the house!!
