This was my first time trying this place. I received 5 bagels instead of the 6 that I ordered and paid for. I think giving someone what they ordered is the basics in good customer service. The bagels and cream cheese are fine. I’ve had better and I’ve definitely had worse. The bagels were also not sliced. I also got some things to try later. The egg salad was ok. It needed some seasoning. The lemon cake was also just ok and I thought the slice was small for the price.
Solid bagels in High Point. The food is good quality and well priced. My main complaint is that actual building is gross. Cramped seating, dirty tables, and last time we were there there were dead palmetto bugs all over.

I’m from Brooklyn, New York and can I absolutely say these are the best bagels I’ve ever tasted. I stopped by and a gentleman Caught me off guard when he offered to pay for my sandwich and I told him that I really love the bagels there when he goes tell the owner he’s right there and pointed to a small room.
