Everything they sell is ridiculously high end seafood, I won't be back.

I’ve went here three times and every time I go I get the wrong fish and old shrimp. I have ordered red snapper and when I get home I find mangrove snapper fillets. I do not trust anything they give me anymore. The shrimp I have received tend to be ripped apart and old. I have been fishing for the last twenty years and I know the difference between fish fillets. I have asked why I received the wrong fish and the lady responded by telling me “that’s the fish we received from our vendor in Florida. I don’t check the fish. We are told the fish is a snapper and that’s it”. When I asked why they labeled it as red snapper instead of snapper, she simply shrugged like it didn’t matter to her.

LOVE The Shrimp Connection, seafood is so fresh, my house NEVER smells. People are very nice and always enjoy my experience and food is always delicious. Can’t go wrong with any of the local seafood.

Always enjoy our seafood from The Shrimp Connection. We usually get fish, crab, or shrimp, but branched out and got the clams this week and they were excellent!

The freshest fish that I've found in the area. Nice, helpful people too. Been buying g fish here for many years.

I purchased steaks from them. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Period. Plus the owner is first class and great employees. They text me to make sure I was on my way to get my order. Very convenient.

Fish is good, but the heart is not. Know who you are buying from (taken from The weekly newsletter)

Pretty disappointed in this kind of behavior from a business. There isn't a need to agree politically to be able to do business with one another. But there is no need to vent your annoyances in your customer newsletter this way. It's rude and completely unnecessary. I am sorry you feel you are being treated this way by others you disagree with, but why take it out on your own customers? Clearly you're looking to thin out your customer base, based off that last line you wrote.

We were on our way to the mountains for a 40th anniversary party and promised fresh shrimp. We forgot the shrimp that we bought in Raleigh and were panicked. Fortunately there's the internet and I found the Shrimp Connection! They are right off the highway and the friendliest people. I called first to make sure they had enough shrimp. When I got there they had it set aside for me without having to ask them to. I was so impressed by the customer service and even more by how wonderful the shrimp tasted. The Shrimp Connection saved the day and made our dinner. Such a wonderful place spot that I'm glad I found.
