I ordered the steak hibachi fried rice along with vegetables, but the steak was extremely dry and lacked any seasoning. There was no hibachi flavor to the steak, so I wouldn't suggest this place. You would be better off going to an authentic restaurant that serves real hibachi steak; they really wasted the meat, which is quite disappointing.

Food was good, AC either not working or not on in dining room. Thermostat was reading 85Ā° inside. Would return for drive thru but not to sit down inside. Lobby area and bathrooms were both āsticky feelingā.

I love the chicken and shrimp hibachi with ginger sauce and white sauce and a sweet tea. Their egg rolls are good too. Even reasonably priced and more than enough food.

Food always hits the spot with great pricing and portions. I cant speak for the atmosphere inside since I've only done drive-through; however, service and wait time has always been amazing. They usually get my food out faster than typical fastfood restaurants.
My second unpleasant visit in 6 months. Ordered extra noodles for 2 plates and was assured I had rice and noodles only to get back to Casino and find out I didn't get rice in either plate and my sushi roll was not good either. I pay too much and tip too good to get shortchanged. My next visit to Cherokee I'll try Osaka.

When I first moved here I tried this place and it was amazing. That quickly changed after 2 weeks. Yesterday I went and ordered the steak and chicken hibachi, the steak had a funny taste. I am now very sick with food poisoning that started around 2 am. This is the only thing I ate yesterday and now Iām feeling like Iām fighting for my life. Do yourself a favor and do not go here!

I personally donāt recommend. I ordered a steak and shrimp platter with rice and veggies. It came with 3 free sauces. They only gave me one of the sauces I asked for. Also the shrimp tasted fishy. Yuck. Ruined the whole meal. The whole platter is very small for the price. You could sit in at a hibachi restaurant and have the experience, quality and quantity for the same price. And leave with leftovers. I wonāt be returning.

Started charging customers a 3% service fee on debit/credit card purchases. They acted like paying cash next time should be considered a discount when I said something. Sanitation grade has gone down, taking my money elsewhere. Customer of 10 years lost.
