I was excited to try this place based off the pictures, however when I walked inside it was muggy and looked dirty. I immediately left. I wanted to try something other than Alex's cheesecakes but guess I'll be going back to Alex. 1st impression is best impression-- their online presentation does not match the in person presentation

I've been by here twice it says on the door that he's opened at 10 am until 10 pm the first time the lights were on and it was after 5 pm who would leave lights on and have hours on the door with no one inside behind the counter of course the door was locked but you need to be there when the hours are scheduled not when you want to be customer service the second time there was a man just sitting in one of the lounge chairs outside told me that he hadn't seen the owner yet this morning it was after 10 am and no lights on this place I know has been on FOX 8 and it says look us up on Instagram and Facebook the pictures of the cheesecakes look delicious but how are you supposed to get the service if the people ain't even there.

Was super disappointed to have drove 30+ minutes with my kids and husband only to get here and it was closed. Sign on the door that said be back at 4. I understand things come up, but man was I excited to try this place. Maybe another time.

I drove 30 minutes to buy desserts for a party. The FB page "says" they are open on Tuesdays at 10 am. I showed up at 11, called, left a FB message, returned at 11:30 - still closed. The business didn't bother responding to me until after 5 pm, far too late for another trip, or to spend my money. If you have a business ... follow your own designated hours ... and if you have an emergency - how about the common courtesy of responding to a FB inquiry??
