I drove 30 minutes to buy desserts for a party. The FB page "says" they are open on Tuesdays at 10 am. I showed up at 11, called, left a FB message, returned at 11:30 - still closed. The business didn't bother responding to me until after 5 pm, far too late for another trip, or to spend my money. If you have a business ... follow your own designated hours ... and if you have an emergency - how about the common courtesy of responding to a FB inquiry??
So good. Loved seeing his children in the store helping him

Couldn’t try the cheesecake because they couldn’t do Apple Pay. That’s fine because the inside was gross and really didn’t look like it was hitting on much.
Horrible experience. Customer service lacking, atmosphere not good. I cannot believe shrinkflation of the cake slices. A 1 inch thick slice for $3.50 when you can get a regular sized piece for $5.00 anywhere else. Give me a break! If I hadn’t already committed to it I would have laughed in her face and gave it back.

I was so excited to try this place. My daughter told me about Uncle Cheesecake coming to her school so I wanted to support their business. Unfortunately upon arrival my excitement turned to disappointment. Customer Service was Poor. It wasn't clean. Inside the refrigerated case it wasn't clean and had water leaking in it under the cheesecake containers. We ordered 2 cheesecakes slices a strawberry shortcake cheesecake and carrot cake cheesecake. They were old tasting and the carrot cake cheesecake tasted like pumpkin with a hardened top from being refrigerated for days. We sat down the table was covered with garbage bags. We left with stomachaches and disappointed. We really wanted our money back. We will not be returning. Please visit this place before blindly ordering so you can see the quality of the desserts. And where it's being made. Super Sad ???

Wasn’t good at all , don’t let the stars trick you
Ordered a 10” Oreo cheesecake for a work event and it was a huge hit. I’ve always loved uncle cheesecake and this was no exception. Everyone asked where this cheesecake was from, it was really delicious and ordering was easy! Thanks Uncle!
2023:
Place has gone down hill. Cheesecake is dry & the portions are not cut equally. The staff is rude & no matter who is working they always have an attitude. Tonight, the young lady working was playing loud EXPLICIT rock music. Very inappropriate & not family friendly. Physical appearance of the place is drab and not super Inviting anymore.
2019:
Quaint little spot with delicious cheesecake & an enthusiastic owner/family. A must try! They offer gluten free options as well.

First time visiting this evening and the cashier was horrible. No customer service skills whatsoever. Did not speak and as we were asking questions she barely made eye contact and seemed as if we were bothering her by even trying to make a purchase. Not even interested in trying the cheesecake at this point.
Found this gem while in a work trip. The pumpkin bread cheesecake was absolutely Devine! My husband also enjoyed the Reese’s. 10/10

We were so excited to finally get to Uncle Cheesecake because we had seen it on PBS. We drove 1 hour from Virginia to try it and had a party of 9 people. When we got there, the establishment was dirty and had limited desserts to offer. It wasn't like it was closing time. It was 6 pm in the evening on a Saturday. The young lady working was also very rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing her by being there. When we asked about the cheesecakes, she huffed and told us it would be an hour. She also did not make eye contact with us and began pulling cupcakes out with her bare hands and didn't wash them after handling money etc... We were very disappointed and wasted our time driving an hour just to be treated horribly and not be able to try anything. We tried to support a local and black-owned business but this service was unacceptable.
Omg. Just delicious! Nothing more to say.
