I was in town today and got a steak Philly sub to take home for dinner. It was fantastic! The restroom was clean also. It smelled fresh, like it had just been cleaned. Really nice, clean place with good food and customer service.
Terrible service, yet again. When I got there, I told them I had a door dash order (but my dad had actually placed it online). They told me it would be out in a minute. I waited for 12-15 minutes before someone asked me what I was waiting for. Told them the same thing, told me they didn't have a door dash, corrected myself, and they gave me the order that was sitting on the counter the entire time I was waiting. The food was room temperature by the time I got home and ate. Half the time I was there the ladies behind the counter were just gossiping. They also forgot garlic bread. Edit: The one time I have interacted with the supervisor, he checked on me multiple times before my food came out and was doing his best to get food out on-time, but the other workers do not share this effort.
