I had a bad previous visit but the manager corrected the order for free! She was very friendly and open to suggestions! The food was hot and fresh! The tea was just right!! She even allowed Cecil to have a free drink to make up for the incorrect surcharge!! It was a phenomenal visit!!

Fast food chains are not very famous for great and friendly service. This location is the exact opposite. A mean look at the pay window ( Well , Thanks....) and a bored delivery at the following. I realize civility has lost its luster in this country but why do I have to feel that I have to apologize spending my money there!? If they can not find and train their personnel better than that, their days are numbered. I would hate to own this franchise location ( but if I would, this would not happen!)
