I would not recommend this location. My husband and I went to get food and they refused to take our order but took another couples order who happened to be black. So yes this Wendy's is very racist.

This Wendy's has been out of Sprite since last week. Today I ordered a baconator, which is supposed to have 2 1/4 lbs patties and 6 strips of bacon, I got one patty and some bacon crumbs...close this location down and let the workers collect unemployment.

Just got home with this double stack at 1:45 pm, looks like it's been sitting since 1:45pm yesterday, I will never eat there again, always seeing employees at the entrance doors smoking cigarettes

Worst place to ever go. When you’re in the drive thru they tell you to hold on 5 times before they take your order. They are very slow only taking one order at a time with only one car at the drive thru window with the drive thru wrapping around the building. They are not the friendliest people either. Always out of drinks. Will never in my life come back.

7th floor is no more Q

Smells like Marijuana when you walk in.
Ordered food and lady missed an item.
Then when I asked for hot sauce for the Chile and a spoon she said it was in there however when I opened it at the counter of coarse it was not.
Who ever owns this place definitely should do surprise visits

First of all before I started using DoorDash to order food from this location, this location is the most horrible Wendy’s I ever experienced all my life and they don’t make up customer service or anything else with the fresh food, the food is just as disgusting as the whole location the employees, the cooks , the whole store needs to be burned down, rebuilt with a whole new management team and if the district manager is allowing this for 5 plus years is ridiculous. I called tonight to get my DoorDash order corrected the dasher been waiting for a hour already they gave them the wrong food and now she has been waiting with one car in the line for over 25 mins just sitting at the speaker. I called in the store to tell them about my order and the manager or whoever answered this my second experience with him don’t know who to manage night shift and don’t know nothing about simply fixing a DoorDash order and getting it out at a timely manner. I been waiting on food for 1 hour and half, I have a headache and not only that he hung up on me. I am not stopping here corporate and the BBB will know about this location.

3 different times I have pulled in after 7am and waited more than 5 minutes before I left because no one comes onto the intercom, not sure if they changed their hours for this specific location for staffing issues or what's going on. When I do go and someone answers, I usually end up waiting 10-15 minutes for my food anyways. So I mean even tho it's not great they're consistent in that aspect, you know what you're getting into when you pull in
