Appreciate experience all around no line no other customers still was greeted with attitudes and nasty mumbles food was wrong twice waited 7 minutes for a pack of ketchup after I received my meal so my food was cold by the time I got to eat and the employees on the shift at 3 pm Sunday Nov 16 2025 should no longer represent your company.

I came her on my lunch and the girl who took my order. I think her name was Lyrick was super freaking rude. We pull to the window for payment I’m waiting for my receipt but she turns her back and is very rude I have to ask for it and she has an attitude. Then we go inside to get our food because it had been a while and the girl that handed the food shoved it in my arms and kept walking almost tripping me. SO RUDE!!!!

I will never go there again and would advise others not to go as well. The customer service is non existent. The employee didnt say one word to me and just handed me the food and slammed the window. I was super nice and respectful so I cant understand he acted the way he did, other than just poor management poor training and poor hiring. DONT GO THERE!

The employees was very rude and the food tasted old and over cooked lobby was nasty floors sticky from spilled drinks and not a clean table in the whole restaurant

So I just left Wendy’s on South Main. They told me they didn’t have any sweet-and-sour sauce, which is the only way I eat chicken nuggets. I politely asked for a refund, but instead of just handling it professionally, the whole drive-thru crew caught an attitude for no reason.
It’s not your money being refunded—it’s mine. If I don’t want the food because it doesn’t come with the sauce I specifically eat it with, that’s my choice. A simple smile and good customer service would’ve been enough, but instead I got rudeness.
If my kid wasn’t in the car, I would’ve expressed myself differently. Management needs to fix the attitudes at that South Main Wendy’s, because this happens too often. One thing about me: I’m not wasting money on food I won’t eat.

I was the only car in the drive thru and the dining room was empty. Paid for my food and was told to pull up to wait. I thought good fresh hot food is worth the wait! NOPE ate some fries immediately and got home in three minutes and all of the food was cold.

Had a great time eating a quick meal here while running errands. Dine in was chill and quiet. Because I didn't come in during a rush. Polite staff brought out the food in a reasonable time frame. Very happy with the service

Pretty typical fast food experience. But I ordered online and still had to pull around and wait in a parking spot for 10 min or so for a drive through pick up order. But the staff were pretty friendly. They apparently were out of lettuce but still put some flimsy lettuce on the burgers which was definitely not Wendy's crisp lettuce standard.
