The whole night crew are incredibly unprofessional. I simply asked what was on a Jr Deluxe and in the background I hear “ oh my god” and a lady yelled in the speaker “everything” if you hate your job that much please go find another one. Sad you can’t even get decent customer service anymore. Will never be returning here, trust me there’s better food anyways.

Terrible service, a woman named Courtney was speaking disrespectful to the order taker, even though she is very nice to me every time I go. A young dark skin lady with a bun rolled her eyes at me as well. They gave me cold food and shoved the food across the counter. Very disappointed in the service received at this establishment during this time. I usually come in the morning and they are much better.

Ah, Wendy’s—you spicy chicken sorcerers! Even with a line so long I thought they were giving out free Wi-Fi, the team handled it like pros. The spicy chicken sandwich? Absolute perfection—crispy, juicy, and just the right amount of kick to remind me I’m alive.
Now, about those spicy nuggets… Did they forget them? Yes. Did I cry in the parking lot? Also yes. But hey, they were so polite and quick to fix it that I almost forgave them before the first nugget hit the dipping sauce. Moral of the story: Wendy’s spicy chicken game is strong—even when life (and busy drive-thrus) try to throw you a curveball. Highly recommend!

This was one of the best potatoes I have had from any Wendy’s in years. Even the customer service was great. I mean literally I only go to Wendy’s for the potatoes and lemonade. The last three Wendy’s my potatoes were dark as me. High point Main Street do better. Nothing was left of this potato. Might spin the block since I’m in the parking lot 😂😂😂 I’m greedy so. No hats off to Wendy’s and their team at Oak hollow I think 🤞🏾

This location consistently sucks every time I go there, just don't bother. No craving is worth the crappy service from these miserable employees (like, why are there always 6-10 of them milling around but only 2 are doing ANY work at all? Even when they're super busy?! Make it make sense, Wendy's).
The food is usually cold, including the fries! Which are the easiest thing to get right!
Also, are you SERIOUS?! Look at this picture, then look me right in the eyes and dare to tell me this is a LARGE fry. What a load of crap.
I've ignored mediocre service and mediocre food from this location a few times before but I've finally decided the employees obviously just CANNOT be bothered to pay attention to customers or try to complete their orders correctly and WELL.

Not sure what happened to this Wendy's, but apparently they have gone downhill recently with even the shift supervisors. I recently visited and had to cancel my order due to the shift supervisor wanting to take over her employees order in the drive thru and giving an attitude. I tried to order two meals, original employee wanted clarification, I gave it. Shift supervisor comes in and says I wanted three? No ma'am. Then decides to give me an attitude at the end of my order. I pull around, ask who I was speaking to, she stated she had no attitude. Ma'am, you did, and you did when you were trying to explain with a smirk on your face. Please get some better employees, and more professional shift supervisors that don't have a little attitude when they want to butt in on an order. To everyone, please go somewhere else.

Ghettooo, don’t come here. I ordered a vanilla frosty and they gave me chocolate and then I paid half cash half card, and only my card was charged. Pulled around and told them and they just kept saying that they’ll refund me for it on the card yet here it is three days later and nothing. Should’ve known not to trust big people with money or food handling idk who hired them people
