They need to work on their customer service. If someone is waiting for their order, they should be notified that their order is ready, but They won't they would just place it on their shelf (that you can't reach) and then you have to stay in line to ask them again that please hand my order.

Placed an order at 9:30 PM online. Said Uber driver picked it up and then said Bobby delivered it. I was standing on my porch no driver came or drove down our driveway. I called driver he said “someone changed the delivery location” how is that possible. On the wing stop site it says I have to call them to change anything. Never did. I texted the wingstop…no response. So for the past 25 minutes I have called wing stop every 15 seconds. I get a message everytime that says…we are on the phone with a customer please hang up and call back. What?? It seems like they have just taken the phone of of the hook. I see they only get a 3.3. Will update based on whenever I am able to get through. Btw, the app still says that my delivery location is my house…so the app does not know about a “change”. So I paid for the meal, delivery, tipped driver ahead of time and rounded up for the wingstop charity. I have dialed the number 76 times and I just get told to “hang up and call again”. Wow.

Just watched 6 out of 7 employees be outside and arguing with each other in the parking lot. Never seen anything like it. The one guy who stayed inside to work sloppily threw my food in the bag and overseasoned my fries. This is actually so unbecoming and ridiculous. Wouldnt recommend this location.
my servers name was sean. he was nice. my food was 10/10 came out hot and not cold like these FAKE reviews say. my fries were well seasoned, not soggy and sean gave me a generous amount of the ranch. when you go here tip sean a good amount because the man is beyond nice and polite ???
the general manager friendly as hell. dem voodoo fries bout made a real one bussdown. i ain’t even finna start with the lemon peppa wangs.
