The past few times I ordered, there has been feathers on the chicken and you can tell its been freezer burned. Like no way you all are cleaning the chicken. I was absolutely fed up this time . I hate leaving reviews but over it.

Stop in today around 2:31pm. It was no customers in the store besides my daughter and I . The guy at the register came off very rude and aggressive rushing us to make our order only to get the order wrong. Here it is 20mins later and due to him we still do not have our food. The manager was sitting right there watching all of this go on. There was no apology or anything for our time , his rudeness or the mistake he made.!!! Oh and it was the tall dark skin skinny guy looks about 50. Walking around with his pants sagging like he’s a teenager. Came in from smoking and went straight to the food area touching things without washing his hands!!! Just disgusting, PLEASE just go some place else.

Everytime I order hot honey dry rub seasoning it’s always mixed with Louisiana rub idk why when it’s specifically says dry rub then to make it bad I have to order the dry rub because it’s never enough on the wings they basically come naked just to mix it with a watered down version if y’all don’t get it right yall won’t have a restaurant soon look at these reviews and get it together

I recently visited your restaurant and had a very unpleasant experience with one of your staff members. Unfortunately, he refused to tell me his name. He is an older man, tall, has dark skin, and wears glasses.
From the moment I entered, he showed me no respect and even told the kitchen staff to “give him the worst food.” He did not even allow me to place my order. Instead, he started insulting me with very dirty and offensive language, and in the end, he forced me to leave the restaurant.
This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, highly unprofessional, and completely disrespectful to customers. I also have a video recording as proof of what happened.
I expect your management to take this complaint seriously and deal with this matter immediately. If no action is taken, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue and file an official complaint with the proper authorities.

I’m a door dasher and the assistant general manager tried to fight me over an order that was given to another dasher. Completely unacceptable and he should not have a job. He’s a tall black guy between 6’-6’2 with a grey beard very rude aggressive and disrespectful I will be contacting cooperate asap! It’s all on camera

I got my order only to find that an entire chicken combo and drink was missing. I had got 2 boneless meal deals, Louisiana voodoo fries and 2 chicken sandwich combos. I had it door dashed and even asked the dasher about it and she informed me that they hadn’t given her the other chicken sandwich combo at all. The food is extremely salty and the Voodoo fries were simply spicy with no real seasoning to it. The lemon pepper chickens I got tasted as if they had been cooked in a bucket of salt. The only good thing was the ranch.
Walked in at 12:20 with two of my friends, they close at 1am, the chubby employee asked us if we ate picking up an order and when we said no he kicked us out in a rude way because he doesn’t want to do his job.

By far the best wingstop within a 50 mile radius. Chicken is always juicy and seasoned well. And order accuracy is always on point.
