Worst Experience Ever! I waited almost an hour for my order at this so-called fast food restaurant. I’ve never had such a bad experience before. On top of that, my order total was $13.18, but they charged me twice $13.18 AND $16.32. The customer service is absolutely terrible, no one answered my calls despite calling multiple times. Completely unacceptable! I will never go back to this place again.

I visit this wingstop often I will ride to high point vs going to the ones in Greensboro. The service here is always pleasant. The food is always fresh and the workers get along well to get the job done.

Very poor management which equals a bad restaurant. The food is just ok but what's wrong with the people who work here? I mean their FIRE ALARM seems to go off EVERY week. Tax payer money is going towards fire trucks showing up WEEKLY. Also, it disrupts nearby business. The staff are often rude--- if you want to get anywhere in life you have to do well in whatever job you have. Get it together Wingflop!

EDIT: This place has really gone downhill FAST. Quality of food is really hit or miss and I can’t even count the amount of times I’ve gotten like 8 or 9 wings instead of 10. And don’t even bother trying to customize your fries because they clearly don’t read it and just give you the same fry seasoning every time Despite living across the street I’ll just continue going back to the superior location in high point

Went there yesterday and got really good service and all the guys there were super nice and chill. I live across the street so super convenient now, will definitely be back.

Been in there twice and the 2 times I've been in there the drink machine is out of ice. A lady that works there is very rude. Customer service is terrible.

I ordered at 615p.. I got my food at 740p.. my email confirmation said 702. My food was cold and was missing the 10 pc corn ordered and my 320z drink. On top of that.. they will not answer the damn phone!!!!

Placed a large order on free wing Tuesday at 7:46pm. Order was supposed to be ready between 8:02-8:07pm… the order wasn’t ready until 9:00pm and the free 5 wings weren’t in the bag along with the ranch I paid for. Very disappointed and would like a refund of the entire order.
