HORRIBLE SERVICE! Food truck at Guilford football game and over 45 minutes and still no food. What a waste. At least be honest with people and stop taking their money and shut down. Minus stars is more appropriate of a rating

They're proud of their whole wings, but it is very inconvenient to eat whole wings smothered with sauce. Even when you ask them to cut the wings into flats and drumettes...they won't. It makes a big greasy mess that doesn't fit food truck fare. Wouldn't recommend

I asked for a refund for a mistake that they made and he would not give me a refund. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. WHAT HAPPENS IS THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.

You pull up to this place and you swear under your breath at your gps. This can't be the place, this is gas station/convenience store. You walk in to ask for directions, and you see the trays of chicken. What kind of chicken can you get from a place like this? The answer.....really good chicken. You don't come back for the ambiance....not for the customer service....or for the rolls they get off the shelf....you come back for the chicken. The fried wings are huge, the coating seasoned but not overly, fried but not oily. They stack your chicken in a Styrofoam container, if you want to impress family waiting at home put it in a fancier box before you get home. Your family doesn't need to know, they will thank you for the chicken though.

I had issues with attitudes at the Kivett location, which I visit frequently. About a year ago, I happened to run into the owner and express my dissatisfaction with that location that I visit and support all the time. The owner, which I cannot remember his name address the issue IMMEDIATELY, and requested, I come back in so we can resolve the problem. I did not do it, but I noticed how the service improved. Well, fast forward to today. I went to the South Elm Eugene location today at around 12:45 pm, and requested 25 wings all flats. Immediately, I received an attitude from the person about what he cannot do it. I said I order flats all the time, but again, the tone, posture, mood, and poor customer service just caused me to walk out of the store. Keep in mind; this person keeps an attitude, so it was not just today; IT IS ALL THE TIME. By far, these locations, in my opinion, have the best chicken, but I refuse to support a place with poor customer service and constant attitudes. Again, I have friends who agree with this location and the same person with this terrible attitude. They stopped going. I think because of the area, they group us all the same and try to treat us all the same. I come a long way to get those wings, but I will save my gas until the customer service is better.

I decided to check this place out before considering it on Groupon. I actually just left there and sampled my "goodies" on the way home. OMG, Well, everything stayed warm all the way home which means it had good heat when it was packed up! The boneless chicken was moist and the coating well seasoned. The potato wedges were to die for...only a few made it home! The fish was also tasty and the dinner roll seemed FRESH! Yes I will be purchasing my Groupon but I know I will be a repeat customer without it. Cashier had a nice smile! Big Thanks!
