Awful. I ordered online at 4:48pm. My food was handed to me at 7:08pm. The employees could not care less. In fact, while I was waiting on my food, they started telling other customers how funny it was that they had not started my food by the time I arrived at 6:28pm. The employee was boasting about how they “prioritized” other customers and didn’t start making my food even after I arrived. I received my food 40 minutes after arriving at the store at 6:28pm. Only one person in this store had a clue about what they were doing. The person that appeared to be the manager, I believe was stoned, and barely knew how to run the register. I was not the only one with problems this evening, as 2 other customers approached me while I was waiting to make comments about the situation. Turns out that the pizza is not that good and the crust is pretty flavorless. I should not have waited. I will not be back.

Recently my daughter and I came, and waited for about 12mins to be served the place was empty... The one Caucasian lady walk past me twice and then when she came back to take my order she had an attitude also, why don't your employees wear uniforms or have uniform shirts on I've probably only seen one guy with a shirt with his uniform... Another guy who I presume would be a shift lead, dresses inappropriately for a dining restaurant.. People come here to eat w their kids, not to see some guy with a see thru blouse and cowboy boots .... Get it together guysSincerely a frequent and concerned customer ?

Had a very nice experience. Very new ,clean and contemporary experience. I chose a bind of toppings and they were very fresh. Pizza does take a few minutes to cook but it was great. Will definitely have to come back!

New staff isn't quite okay, one person was making my pizza w no uniform on only a see thru , and worker was playing in her hair being rude and obnoxious(she is white) and didn't even wash their hands... I noticed that it isn't busy since the old staff has been replaced nor is the atmosphere in the store what it is was when Paige Toya Diya Shania and Luke were there! I say bring back the originals and I came in tonight to order but I didn't even come in because they were playing Frisbee with beer coasters...
The pizza was excellent however the staff seemed overly slow and kind of unconcerned about their customers. The pizza's will continue to bring in customers however the staff's seemingly lackadaisical behavior won't win and awards.

After reading all the 1-2 star reviews, I knew I had to give this place a try. So glad I did! Great pizza with a wide variety of topping and a vibrant, perfectly spiced marinara. The crust was perfectly fire grilled and charred, which paired perfectly with the gooey cheese and toppings. If you prefer an undercooked, generic soggy pizza like the major chains, you might not prefer this type of pizza. However, if you want a true, authentic pizza, this is a great place to go. Will definitely be going back! My only regret is not getting a larger sized pizza.

Was there with my family on Sunday night 11/12. The staff especially one young lady was very accommodating and helpful. Everybody said their food was good. The young lady that fixed my salad was great and the salad was really good. We had one vegan and one with food allergies and they have options for everyone.

Don’t waste your time and money here. It was great when it first opened, but not anymore. I complained to management and they responded so I decided to give it another try. Horrible service from the staff and could not make my to-go order right (ordered through their app) of a very simple pasta bowl after two attempts. I will not be going back again.

Ordered Saturday 10/28, order was messed up, no big deal. Took it back in, guy running the cash register hands it to who I assume to be the manager and she proceeds to throw it in floor. They remake it exactly the same, incorrect and uncooked, they hand me literally uncooked pasta. One of the most bizarre restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.
It is like a large bathroom. Tile, concrete, noise, weird videos, uncomfortable seats. No atmosphere. Food is meh. Beer is ok.

REVISION: The below is reflective of 3rd party delivery service:Had high expectations based on all the reviews. Ordered delivery, estimated delivery time kept changing, when it arrived the pie was cold, not warm, nit Luke warm but fing cold. Couldn't say how it was I threw it away. Not my job to reheat food that is supposed to come hot and on time. Will not order again, contacting my bank and submitting claim for reimbursement. Don't order delivery from this place unless you feel compelled to cook you own food.Since writing the above review I have spoken with the management and he enlightened me on their processes/procedures. The issue lies with GrubHub delivery and NOT Your Pie. I am changing my rating based on the conversation I had with the manager but this rating is solely on Customer SErvice as I have not eaten the food so I cannot rate it.

Stopped in last week to grab some lunch. Another spot discovered with one of Erik's great Yelp events. And one we've been looking forward to going back to...especially since it's pizza!!!It was pretty slow when we went in, so they were quick to take our order at the counter and get them straight in the oven! I opted for one of their new specials the Philly cheesesteak pizza, which was great, but a little messy with oil once it was cooked. We got our food to go, and it was delicious, but easy to eat their personal pizzas in a single sitting. It seems like most places their pricing has definitely gone up, which I hate to see, because I think it will affect the amount of business coming in. Overall, it was a good experience and we enjoyed the pizza!
