Went thru the drive thru yesterday around 12:45 pm and got a Buffalo blue salad. Got home and started eating it and found hair in my food. So disgusting just threw it out. I don’t understand why people that work with food do not wear hair nets!!!

You begin by noticing its workers smoking weed behind the store as you walk in. This is just the beginning of your wonderful journey tonight.
As you enter, you’re welcomed by the aroma of THC that lets you know you’re in for a treat. We ordered a large French fry, and received a container with two egg rolls instead. Honest mistake, they are both cylindrical and it could have been a creative interpretation.
After returning the egg rolls for our fries, we waited ten minutes for a milkshake. No shaking was observed, we have no idea how it was made. However we finished our journey with our desired sustenance, and went on our way.
The food at Zaxbys is always good. The service at this particular one is… questionable. However the workers were still very kind and sweet, mellow and relaxed, which still makes us return time after time.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this Zaxby’s recently, and it needs to be called out. One of the employees—a heavier-set guy with short hair—brought my food out and had a noticeably bad attitude. He didn’t greet me, didn’t look at me, just handed the food over and walked off. As he was leaving, he clearly muttered something under his breath, which felt incredibly disrespectful.
There was zero professionalism, and it honestly felt like he couldn’t care less about doing his job. I’ve since heard from multiple friends that they’ve had the same kind of experience with this employee. It’s unacceptable and makes people not want to come back. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this kind of behavior.

The workers were so kind and understaning! They knew their menu and options really well (we were first timers). It was very clean and the food was DELICIOUS! I got the blue cheese salad with the blue cheese dressing, so so so Yummy!

First time here at this Zaxby's got a grilled ck sandwich don't eat shredded lettuce got tomato ask for pickles & tomato They were glad to fix it the way I wanted Chicken was delicious Antonio went out of his way to help with my order Best Zaxby's I ever ate at Food & Service 5 Stars today Restuarant very clean
